I did a tasting of three different wines. The first champagne had a sweet scent like honey. The second white wine had a low alcohol content and was very easy to drink. The third was a heavy-textured red wine with plenty of tannins. The sommelier was very kind and explained the wine-making process and the origin of the wine.

This was a great and unique wine tasting experience. Our sommelier, Stefano, was incredibly knowledgeable. It ended up being just myself and my husband. Stefano said he will not do more than 4 in a class, or he feels people don't learn. I appreciated that very much. We learned a lot about the wines we had, and Stefano answered all of our questions. The food pairings were also fantastic. I definitely recommend not only doing a sommelier class but doing this one with Stefano!

I definitely enjoyed his information about how the geography and weather of Italy and France effected the wines we were drinking. I also can't stress enough about what a great job Stephano did with handling our questions about the wine making process to the business of wine. A great time spent in Milan for sure.

Stefano was very knowledgeable and friendly. We tasted wines we never had before. He explained everything in a way we could understand. We tried 3 different wines which were accompanied with cheeses, bread and meats. There were only the two of us. We had a lovely time. It was one of our favorite Milano experiences.
