    Our driver, Akbar, was wonderful. He was full of Hawaiian knowledge. And we loved the tour of Hawaii. We really enjoyed Pearl Harbor.

    The tour on the USS Arizona and the Bowfin Submarine. Original pickup at time at airport was 9:30am. Got picked up at 10:25am. We were scheduled the 11:30am USS Arizona tour. We rushed to make the video prior to going to the USS Arizona. We did make the 11:30am tour. We also purchased the Bowfin Sub tour. Our driver stated he was not given those tickets. I had to call the office and the texted them to me. The driver was late picking us up at 1:30pm. As we started the city tour one of the participants requested to be taken to their hotel instead of the City Tour. The driver said he would modify the tour, so we were given a short tour of the city. Not knowing what was part of the tour we do not know what we missed. We were dropped of at the airport about 2:20pm and we were scheduled for a 6:30pm flight. According to our original schedule we were to return to airport between 4:30-5:00pm. We were fortunate enough to get an earlier flight thru SW Airlines. Overall experience thru Viator was very rushed. The were thing at Pearl Harbor that we didn’t see getting there late.

    Ronaldo was a very knowledgeable host and provided a great tour of Pearl Harbor, Arizona Memorial and the Bowfin. Pick up from the cruise terminal was easy and the vehicle was very comfortable.

    We had an appointment for pick up at 7:30 and I was sent an email stating that I was upgraded and when he got there he was in a suburban that all 4 of us barely fit in and then tells us he is picking up 2 more people. This was NOT upgraded!. It was so horrible, we called a taxi and paid outrageous amount because it was so bad! The tour was awesome! But the transfer was beyond HORRIBLE

We will contact you on the day before the tour to confirm pickup details. If you are on a ship, please contact us on the day before the tour for pickup details. No bags of any kind, brand, size, color, or for any reason are allowed to enter the Pearl Harbor visitor center. Please absolutely bring no bags with you. Bags may not be left inside our tour vehicle. If you have a bag, you will need to check them into the visitor center bag storage. This costs money, and you may have to wait in a long line to check in your bags. You may lose a portion of your tour, or your Arizona boat ticket may expire. Please do not bring any bag of any size, color, or brand with you for any purpose. (Clear see-through bags are permitted). We do not carry nor do we have space for luggage of any kind. It will not fit in the vehicle. Tour and ticket times may change based on traffic, federal government regulations, or new Pearl Harbor restrictions. While tickets are included in all of our Pearl Harbor tours, there are a few times a year there are situations that arise when tickets are not available to us. In this case, we will use the standby procedure by NPS ( National Park Service ) will be used. The U.S. Navy has the right to cancel the Arizona Memorial shuttle boat at any time due to public safety. However, we have no control over the U.S. navy or other organizations in charge. Ford Island is part of the active military base, Joint Base Pearl Harbor – Hickam, and the U.S. Government has the right to restrict access to Ford Island without notice. This is beyond our control, and we follow the federal agency's rules. If your pickup location is the Daniel K. Inouye International Airport, after Pearl Harbor, you will be returned directly to the airport, and the others will continue on to go on a drive through of downtown Honolulu and Waikiki, as the airport is miles before these locations
