Great way to see both Toledo and Segovia with limited time. Elena our guide was excellent, knowledgeable and helpful

My teen son and I did enjoy the guided visit to Toledo and Segovia led by Elena and Mar the guides with Yussen the driver. Everything was on time, probably the meeting point at the Neptun fountain could be better described in the materials received at the tour buying, but we made it. The guides were knowledgeable and very nice, also was the driver. As for an event acquired in the street, in a kiosk with magnets, we considered it as very good service and good value for money. As a plus, we had a very nice lunch in the El Bernardin restaurant in Segovia as recommended but our guide. The scoop of goat cheese ice cream in the salad was creme de la creme! Gracias Elena, Mar and Yussen!

Good but chaotic. The bus from Toledo to Segovia was late while we were waiting in the sun, the guide on the second bus had a very heavy accent, a fight erupted between the guide and some passengers who tried to seek on from a different tour, delaying the bus for over 30 minutes.

Our guide was Alexandra. She was fantastic! Our group was about40 people and she ran the bilingual tour in both Spanish and English. We covered all the major sights for both Toledo and Segovia. We wouldn't have been able to cover so much ground on our own. We highly recommend this tour.

The cities were amazing and beautiful, especially Segovia we enjoyed more as we understood very well guide explanations and story. We were a small group having a guide in english, while the others were having guide in spanish language. In Toledo there were too many people closed by and no headphones, so we understood nothing from the story and it was a pitty as it is such a beautiful and fascinating city. It is highly recommended to offer the customers headphones as it will make the difference for much better. We avoid the guide at all and we moved in our own. The other not so interesting part of the trip was the stop to a souvenir shop in the suburb of Toledo where we lost so many time that could be well spend in the city. In my opinion this should be definitely avoided as the people don't spend money to see a souvenir shop in suburb where there are so many with nice and better staff in the center of the city. The bathrooms as well don't miss in the center of the city. The autobus was in time in both cities and during the departure from Madrid so we appreciate it as we didn't loose time. I didn't understood if all the trips to Toledo were organized from the same company or different ones, but if are from the same companies would be great to arrange the hours. We were in the same place on the same time so many buses thus it was difficult to move. In general my husband and I enjoyed the tour, but our aspetatives were higher compare to other tours we have done in other countries and with other companies.
