Our group of 6 friends spent 3 wonderful days with Gabriel - starting with a pick up at the Lisbon Cruise Terminal. Instead of just taking a train or a transfer (you don't get to see much) to the Algarve, we were shown some off the main path sites of beautiful scenery and a great restaurant that day (Aguas de Moua, Milfontes, Zambujeira, Aljezur). The next 2 days were spent visiting different areas in the Algarve as well as enjoying seafood at recommended restaurants. The restaurants were reasonably priced. Clearly Gabriel has great love for the region and he shows off all the spots with pride. His connectivity with other partners ensured (1) we secured a visit to Benagil Cave and he was always checking on whether the waters were too rough for us. (2) got us reservations at some wonderful restaurants. It is small things like this that we appreciate. The next day we saw local nesting storks in Alvor, Carvoeira (Benagil Cave, Silves Castle and the area. Our 3rd day was in Bordeira (what a wonderful boardwalk), Carrapateira, Vila do Bispo, Sagres and finally at Ponta da Piedade. I did research before coming to this part of Portugal and like most tourist relied on what's been previously posted or recommended on social media. Gabriel took a consultative approach and made recommendations based on what he would recommend and blended it with what I also was keen to do, so everyone in our group was very happy with our short visit. Thank you Gabriel for making our introductory trip to the Algarve (there is lots more to see than our 3 days for sure!) so enjoyable and hassle free.

My wife and I had a great time with Gabriel! He picked us up from our hotel in Albufeira for our transfer to Lisbon. We stopped for a visit in Evora on the way. We enjoyed Gabriel’s company on the way to Lisbon. He provided us with suggestions in Evora (restaurant, olive oil tasting, sites,...) I would definitely call Gabriel next time I’m in Algarve.
