Honolulu Zoo
King David Kalakaua opened the zoo in 1877 as a gift to the people of Hawaii.
Kapiolani Park
We visit the largest state park in Hawaii with informative narration. Named after the beloved Queen Kapiolani.
Makalei Beach Park
We visit this secret beach nestled at the base of Diamond Head. This beach has green sand crystal (Olivine's crystal) which is the primary reason this dormant volcanic mountain is called Diamond head.
Shangri La
We view the Doris Duke Shangri La estate from Diamond head lookout with informative narration about Doris and her amazing life in Hawaii.
Diamond Head State Monument
We visit the Diamond head lookout where Amelia Erhart memorial stone is placed in recognition of this early aviator's accomplishments.
Diamond Head Crater Hike
We enter the Diamond Head crater via a tunnel, We have to stop at the entry booth to show the QR code for park entry. Guest must book this entry before the tour date, link enclosed https://gostateparks.hawaii.gov/diamondhead
