Epic trip. Fish, whales, dolphins, octopus, it was amazing. Great crew, the treats were perfect, we couldn’t ask for more.

Our captain was Taylor and our snorkel guide was Patrick. They were excellent! Knowledgeable and attentive. We hit three snorkel sights and even saw whales. It was the best snorkeling we did our whole vacation! We will definitely book this tour next time we are in Hawaii

Awesome snorkeling. We spent about 1/2 hr at two different active snorkeling spots. Taylor was our captain and Patrick was crew and snorkel guide, pointing out different fish and found an unusual starfish to show us. The reefs are places not accessible except by boat. Not many other people or boats at the time. Great guys. Helpful, attentive. I highly recommend them.

Staff was amazing! We even seen whales. A core memory for the family for sure. One thing to note they do ask for tips at the end which we didn't bring money thinking all was included.

We were able to see 3 manta rays during the day which was rare. I also saw a moray eel hanging out w the reef . Sea turtles were also hanging out by the harbor when we pulled in.. would not recommend taking kids who don’t know how to swim though bc they only provide noodles and not life vests so my son was having hard time

The crew was wonderful and they would have gotten full stars except They did not take us on the excursion we signed up to go on. They called us and asked us to move to an afternoon appointment. I inquired as to whether or not it was the same one. They said yes everything would be the same except possibly the location of snorkeling. We did not see or swim with dolphins. We specifically signed up for that one so my husband could enjoy snorkeling and I could enjoy dolphins as that's the two things we both wanted to do. for reference Here's the description of what we signed up for........... .Snorkel among some of the 600+ species of marine that call Kealakekua Bay home Learn about Kealakekua Bay's connection with British explorer Captain Cook Jump in the water with a pod of wild spinner dolphins on an optional swimming experience Great way to get an in-depth look at Hawaii's amazing marine life. Instead, we had two snorkeling stops, neither one of which had anything to do with the history of Captain Cook and the island. It was strictly snorkeling . I was very sad that we did not do the trip we paid to do.

I brought my little 9 year old with and the crew made sure she had the time of her life. I appreciate that. Great family memories. Beautiful snorkeling spots.

Excited and high expectations. The reefs were not nearly as populated or colorful as I was hoping for, but the experience was fun. The crew was amazing. Maddie and Josh were very informative, Alan was a very friendly captain, and Connor was just “hot!” Possibly some misrepresentation in the description of this excursion. Dolphins-no, snacks/drinks-minimal, beauty of the reef-not what I was anticipating. Memorable experience-absolutely!

Let me begin with, the crew was AMAZING... My family searched numerous sites for a wheelchair friendly snorkeling tour that my husband and I could ride along on while they went in the water. My husband uses a walker so we figured that if was "wheelchair friendly", it would easily accommodate him. It made us nervous when the snorklers in the famly attempted to check in and were told that all the pax for the 0830 excursion had already been checked in. Considering that the fmaily had a confimation showing a reservation for 6pp and we had a reservation for 2pp, we knew that was incorrect. The crew quickly realized they were dealing with "another booking issue" and found that we were, in fact, supposed to be going out on the 0830 boat. When we got down to the slip, it was obvious that this excursion was DEFINITLEY not wheelchair friendly. We had to leave the walker at the dock and balance my husband down the steps onto the boat. It was evident that this excusion was overbooked. There were just barely enough seating and some was toward the front with minimal circulation, making it difficult to get air when numerous people got seasick on the wavy water. The crew was wonderful, the overall experience as not.

Great snorkeling spots, captain and crew were wonderful. Saw all types of fish, and some saw an octopus!
