This trip was the most horrible experience of my life. The weather was bad the sea was rough, no seat belts or anything to secure with. The boat left the cave and built up so much speed so fast that both we left our seats and crashed back down as the boat hit a wave. My husband is a competent sailor and fell on the ground, they eventually stopped the boat, out us at the back where we endured over an hour of rough seas. My husband could not walk was taken by ambulance to the public hospital and had to be transferred to the private one for back surgery. My grandchildren were scared beyond belief and many of the other travellers have contacted us to say they would never get on any boat again after this absolutely dreadful experience. Do not go

Disgusted with our experience yesterday. We booked a dolphin tour through their website, not a cave and dolphin tour. In the description on the website they are two separate tours/activities. We spent 2 hours touring the caves with no mention of dolphins. We were not the only disgruntled customers after this tour. The customer service afterwards was appalling. We have booked tours with this company before but will never be using them again. they combined the dolphin and cave tour (after a time change) without telling us in advance. My 10 year old had no interest in the caves and if I had known we would be spending 2 hours touring the caves we would have cancelled. It’s too late when you are on the boat and realize after 30 minutes that the sole purpose of the tour is not dolphin watching. We raised this with the manager afterwards (as did another family) and got a completely unsatisfactory reply.

Really enjoyed this boat trip from the marina. The boat had a canopy which sheltered us from the very hot sun, temperature was in the mid 30's! Spotted dolphins on way to the caves, our guide was very good. Be prepared for very windy & sea spray especially on way back as boat goes quite fast! The caves are amazing.
