I loved that Captain Willie was so seasoned and knew just where to take us. He also has a great eye and spotted some sea turtles and dolphins for us on the way back. We lucked out!

Due to the weather we were unable to visit the reef. Initially, I was disappointed when we first learned of the change, but WOW I was pleasantly surprised. The entire staff was fantastic! The crew members walked us through best practices and explained everything extremely thoroughly. The ship and all equipment was extremely clean. When we arrived at the first spot I immediately knew Fury was the right choice. Although the steps were "backup" choices they were AMAZING. Unfortunately, I had a camera malfunction so couldn't capture some amazing pictures, but I promise this is the company you want to do any excursions in Key West with.

This was a pretty cool snorkeling trip. The crew was awesome. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The water was a bit choppy, but we managed to have fun nonetheless. There were plenty of drink options after snorkeling was done on the way back to the dock. We even saw a 6-8' shark that was passing by while we were snorkeling...thankfully just transitioning the area! I would certainly use Fury again next time I am in the market for water fun!

The tour operator running the trip was good. The crew was excellent, running through all the information we needed to know in a fun and engaging manner and keeping a keen eye on everyone when you were in the water. The only downside of the trip was the snorkelling locations themselves. The reefs were all a bit bland. Whether this was due to the dreaded coral bleaching, I don't know, or just how the reefs are around the keys.there were some interesting fish to see at both locations, and also on the return trip we were lucky enough to see a pod of dolphin's which was exciting so in recap, if you want to go on a well managed boat trip where you feel safe and looked after this is one you should keep in mind just don't expect colourful coral reefs

Boat was very clean and well maintained. Crew was wonderful. Saw lots of sea life and reef was colorful and interesting even though we had big waves that day.

Bait and switch, I do not recommend. There is a reason this company has sales people walking all over the island trying to upsell these tours. Used a company called Sebago Tours the next day, for half the price, and had a wonderful experience. Fury - (Also called Furycat) Quoted me one price, upcharged me 50% when I got there at the dock, and then told me because I had signed a receipt that didn’t have any price written on it (see photo) that I was stuck and I could not get a refund. Extremely rude concierge named Danielle Pozzi did not make this experience for myself from my child any better. She went out of her way to be rude. Had a really wonderful experience with Sebago and would use them again and again. Did two tours, and couldn’t believe how much cheaper they were. Would recommend this to travelers.

Maddie and Wade were sensational!! They were so upbeat, helpful and informative! My niece had never snorkeled before and she didn't have any questions after their explanations. We had a great time, the weather could have been nicer but I know you don't have any control over that.

The trip was very well organized, and the assistance from the crew excellent. The equipment worked perfectly, and the time at each site was just right. We saw a wide variety of tropical fish, though the heat has bleached all the coral.

We booked this based on the amount of things you could do during the trip. A few people saw dolphins, a shark, and a turtle (I did not, which will make sense farther down). The meal was chicken strips and the drinks were fine. The snorkeling, though was a very uncomfortable situation. We went way out to a fairly deep spot (not the usual location, they said) and the wind was up. The few glances down into the water that I got while trying to stay afloat were very pretty, but I immediately knew I was in trouble. We got no real instruction other than the googles, and I'd only been snorkeling a couple times. I did ask for a noodle but even that wasn't keeping my head above water. My friend had never been. She got in and went back up almost immediately. I was getting pulled farther from the boat and wasn't really a strong enough swimmer to get back. I did finally make it, but I was honestly so close to yelling for help. I tried to blow into the vest but couldn't get it to inflate any. I was heaving and gasping when I finally got back onboard, and it should've been obvious that I was in distress both in the water and after returning. It was never mentioned. Not even a "hey, you ok over there?" when I was back onboard. I know I got in over my head and I guess that's on me, but I don't feel like the staff cared or was prepared to do anything about it, which is the most concerning part. It was embarrassing, yes, but staff should be aware and professional about checking on people, especially in the water. I've filled up a couple passports traveling and done a lot of things (including GBR), but that's about the most neglected and unsafe I've ever felt. The 2nd beach was fine though - calm, waist-high water for yards with kayaks and paddleboards, but nothing there to snorkel at. If you're a strong swimmer and/or water athlete, go for it. But if you're not or have kids, I would find a less challenging snorkeling opportunity. I thought I loved snorkeling and wanted to get into it more - but I don't now.

Me and my 11-year-old boy did the Double Dip Reef Tour with Captain Willie and had a great time. Willie and his mate were very professional and made it a great experience. Also, the large newer vessel was top notch, compared to some of the other vessels we took in Marathon and Islamorada, which makes a big difference in the overall experience. One thing is that some of the less experienced snorkelers struggled with the winter conditions where the water is a little rougher.
