Be prepared. Cold or hot, rainy or dry. Eat and drink on shore. There is a toilet. But check yourself before you wreck yourself. The sunset cruise is beautiful but anytime of the day on the boat on the water is a great experience and great energy. Enjoy yourself.

The day was a rainy one, but the ride up the river and the excellent commentary was not effected by the weather. Crew were very helpful to all aboard.

I took the 19 year old guy with special needs that I assist. The crew was so accommodating and gave him extra attention. We loved learning about the history of the Cape Fear River and surrounding area.

Someone suggested we do the river boat tour on Cape Fear. Sure glad they did. It was a fabulous, informative trip south on the Cape Fear River. The river holds so much history. The tour guide Bob was fantastic! Then we enjoyed a full afternoon strolling downtown Wilmington and lunch at Annie Bonney’s.

Such a great relaxing ride and friendly crew. Weather was excellent and although not much to see on the water still learnt a lot from the narrator.
