    It was a great experience! We had a wonderful guide, Nathan, and our group was rather small compared to other companies group. We were contacted by Urban Saunters to make sure we were at the correct place, which we weren’t, and they walked to us to direct us to the rest of the group. Excellent customer service! I would recommend this tour to others.

    I highly recommend visiting the Tower of London and seeing the Crown Jewels. We enjoyed the Skip the lines and Early access to the beefeaters and seeing their opening ceremony up close and personal while avoiding the huge crowds. Our guide was very knowledgeable and answered any questions that we had. She also directed us directly to the crown jewels and we were the very first people to view the jewels that day. When we exited the viewing, there was already a HUGE line of people starting to queue up to view the Crown Jewels! After the Tower of London, we enjoyed a short cruise down (or up) the Thames River to the Westminster Bridge where we exited right at Big Ben. It was then a brief walk to Westminster Abby, & Buckingham Palace where our guide provided good information and answered questions. I will definitely be recommending this tour to any of our friends visiting London!

    Excellent tour of the Tower of London with early access to view the Crown Jewels. Our guide Nathan was superb; knowledgeable, articulate, amusing and in full control of the group. Would highly recommend this tour - well worth the cost.

    When planning our trip to London, I did not want to take any chances with our first day of sightseeing, so I chose Urban Saunters after reading all manner of reviews. I am happy to report that our Tower of London Early Access Opening Ceremony & Royal Westminster tour was fantastic! Finding our guide was a piece of cake thanks to the very clear directions on our tickets. We easily found our incredible guide, Nathan, holding the promised orange sign/flag. My family, which included two teenage boys, four grandparents, my husband and me, were delighted by not only the historic information that our guide provided, but also all of his witty and funny extras. Nathan was a gem! He was well-spoken and engaging with great diction and volume. It was totally worth it to wake up early and be there for the opening ceremony by the Beefeaters and then to see the Crown Jewels because there were so few people they are at that time. By the time we were exiting the Crown Jewels, loads of people were pouring in and filling up the zigzagging lines to enter. You could probably spend a lot more time there, but it was a great introduction to the Tower of London. Next, we enjoyed the river cruise on the Thames, which was a lovely way to get to Westminster Abbey. A crew member on the boat gave some information about sites along the way – – lots of good photo ops with fantastic views! Then, we enjoyed more of Nathan’s eloquence and humor as we walked by Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, Houses of Parliament, and finished up at Buckingham Palace. An added bonus was that Nathan gave each one of us a little headset, so that he could talk to us while we were walking. This was superb because we did not miss a thing, but we had a lovely walk while learning so much. Nathan rocked it! I highly recommend this tour!

    Nathan was a wonderful tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and funny. The tour was a great way to see everything at the Tower of London and a quick ride on Thames.
