From campus riders will take secluded residential streets and quiet bike paths as you pass beautiful homes and scenic views along the Lafayette River.
Hermitage Museum and Gardens
The Hermitage Museum is a wonderful Norfolk attraction, often missed by many visitors. Breathtaking views of the river, ancient artifacts dating back over 3000 years. Free admission (a $5 donation is suggested). Wonderful restroom facilities for visitors and plenty of places to park your bikes and walk around the gardens.
Chrysler Museum of Art
Founded by one of the Chrysler heirs, this is Norfolk's world-class museum, filled with wonderful permanent exhibits and a continually changing signature exhibit, which rotates every few months. Recent signature exhibits included Rembrandt, MC Escher, Paul McCartney's personal photographs and many others.
