Here we will talk about the Fallas, which were the last addition of Valencia to this UNESCO list in 2016. These festivities are held between March 15 and 19 and turn the city into an open-air museum of ephemeral monuments, accompanied by music, traditional costumes and the smell of gunpowder.

The fabulous Sala de Contratación, with its columns, vaults and ribs, transports us to the prosperity of the Valencian Golden Age. Evening tours (on August & September, at 06:30pm) do not include entrance.
