Very nice boat and personnel. Enjoyable. Nice to have room to move about the boat a little bit. Thank you for calling to check where we were as we had gotten lost on the way there.
Perfect boat for the tour. So much fun, saw otters, sea lions, and seals. The guide was very informative and answered questions. Will go again when we are visiting here in the future. Highly recommend!
My sister and I really enjoyed this tour of Elkhorn Slough with Marina as the captain and Cindy as the naturalist. It was a beautiful day, and a terrific outing. We saw many sea lions, otters, harbor seals, pelicans, and other animals and birds. Cindy did an excellent job telling us about the slough, the animals, and the birds, and answering our questions. We loved the tour and hope to take it again sometime soon! Thank you.
Much better than anticipated! First, the vessel is fully electric and quiet which made wildlife comfortable and. It threatened by it. I recorded so many videos that I ran out of battery. Sea lions behaved like attention dealing celebrities looking for more followers, very showy frolicking around the vessel as I had never seen before. Plenty of pelicans, cormorants and other seabirds. We saw ~50 sea otters including 4 mamas and their pups. Last but not least, the crew was engaging, knowledgeable and friendly. They provided relevant information about the local history, ecosystem, wildlife recovery efforts, etc. Truly recommended!
We saw whales! It was awesome! It is a rare occurrence to see whales that close to the Slough but we had the chance to go slightly out into the breaker and saw many whales. The naturalist and captain were amazing and full of fantastic and interesting information. 👏 thank you!
First time on a boat for grandkids (9, 7 & 3). They didn’t know what to expect & were a little nervous, but had a great time & were very engaged!
