I really enjoyed the intimate feel of this exhibition when comparing it to the last one at the 02 a few years ago. Lots of amazing personal belongings on display with lots of information. I read a sign in one of the cases that said you can handle Elvis' personal items. It costs £105 to upgrade to this VIP experience. The area will be sectioned off for you to enjoy this once in a lifetime opportunity. I won't spoil the information given by knowledgeable staff members as that is all part of the magic. Do not pass on this opportunity if you are a fan. I'm still buzzing nearly a week later. My face said it all! You will also get £25 to spend in the shop and a large drink of your choice too. I celebrated with a glass of prosecco. Shout out to all the staff and Matthew who helped with information on upgrading. And a very special thanks to Jimmy for making the VIP experience a truly memorable one.

Beautiful having been a fan since i was 14 and loved his later years and watched all his film as a child on tv on a Saturdays afternoon. even doing the odd karaoke he was hero as i was growing up i even brought a black guitar and played in a rockabilly group back in the late 70's. Spent all my dinner money buying Elvis records at lunch time in town. My Auntie had plans to send me to see Elvis in 1978 as a 18th birthday present by oh how sad was i when he died. This little exhibition is a bit tucked away and wasn't that easy to find but we did and how beautiful it is set out. from his early years to his truly rags to riches fame. took me back to my youth. of course i know all there is to know about the king but here was an insight to how he dressed with some very private paperwork on view its like looking back at your own childhood memories but here was Elvis's his cars his story in contracts his report card from school. Gave you the insight that he was only human just like you and me but hey GOD gave us Elvis he is and always will be super cool and the King - and what strikes you most is that he never lost sight of his roots. And i'm now 64 and i'm still in Aww

Having been to Graceland’s wonder if I’d be underwhelmed but it did not disappoint. Great collection of Elvis memorabilia and cloths and cars. Well worth a visit.

This was a suprise for my Mom really a lifelong Elvis fan from the age of 7 to 74, she had the best time, never in a million years would she have imagined holding Elvis's belt, we all thoroughly enjoyed it, great exhibits and atmosphere, Jimmy who greeted us at the door was so good with my Mom he made the experience for her so special he was there to guide her through her holding the belt with another fantastic member of staff, she will never forget it neither will we, so thank you Jimmy and the crew there for taking that time to make a suprise even more special, much appreciated.

Having spent the week in Nashville and Memphis this topped my week off perfectly and was great to see memorabilia in London Direct from Graceland. Would say that the gifts where very expensive and the clothing poor quality, but the exhibition was excellent

We had VIP tickets for this exhibition, best £250 i have ever spent. Matthew and Ned made it even more special, really nice guys, Matthew spent so much time with us sharing his amazing knowledge about The King, the enormity of the experience is still kicking in a day later, you cannot miss this exhibition

I already sent you a request for a 100% refund. I am completely upset with your service. When I presented the tickets at Graceland they said they were not tickets for Graceland but we’re tickets for the UK London. I already sent you one refund request. I expect 100% refund because your site was completely misleading

My son is an Elvis fan and this visit was for him really. I must confess I wasn't an enthusiastic visitor at first but came away very impressed and learnt so much about Elvis. Really well put together exhibition which took us over 2 hours to explore. Well worth a visit even if you are only mildly interested in Elvis.

I feel like we were scammed. I typed in Graceland tickets and purchased. When we got there we were told lots of people were getting redirected to this site and buying tickets to something in Toronto. My friend and I are almost 80 and truly feel we were taken advantage of.

For starters, the price. £30! That's a LOT of money. I know it's London, but £15 would be ample. It's small. The glass cases are filthy with fingerprints as if they haven't been cleaned since it opened. The card descriptors are very poorly prsented; not laminated or bordered and so many of them were skewiff! They were wonky as if they'd been thrown on or knocked and a few were only half visible as if no particular care and attention had been given to their placement. No thought was given to the font either which was not the clearest to read. And no adjustment made for UK audience, eg spelling. It just appeared shoddy in presentation. And yes, the suits were too high up. Just felt much more effort could have been given to it to reflect the greatness and standards of the King. And at a much more reasonable and sensible price.
