Great views from the rooftop and stunning facade and interior. Tickets arrived ahead of expected and were clear as to which gate to enter. Overall very good experience.

We paid for the elevator tour experience. Being disabled, this was an achievable option for me. There was an elevator up to the first viewing level, however there was no return. I had to climb multiple flights of stairs to the top, in order to descend. There was no other way down. This misleading information put my health at risk. Very unhappy with the tour and I feel cheated by the operator. Would never use this service again.

We arrived in Milan 5 hours later than expected as our flight was delayed - Meaning we missed our pre booked slot (by an hour). The tickets did state we were unable to receive a refund for not attending/or was not able to move our booking to later in the day or the following day. Unfortunately for us, this was totally out of our control. Anyway, we accepted that we were going to miss this experience, so we decided to rebook, but this time directly at the box office as we quickly realised, we’d pay much less. It cost us just under £25 for two tickets to the Duomo, Museum and Rooftop experience. I paid just over £60 for the exact experience with Tripadvisor. I can’t quite believe Tripadvisor charged us the amount they did. I would recommend not buying your tickets through them for the price comparison and for not being able to refund for unfortunate circumstances.

I would rate zero if that was offered we paid $96 and were not allowed entrance with this ticket. We had to buy the actual entrance ticker for under $20 and then never received instructions on how to find this tour. Complete scam and when I contacted the tour operator I was told there are no refunds.

The tour of the cathedral was great. However the higher price charged by Viator was ridiculous. It’s cheaper and better to go direct to the cathedral website for tickets. The lines were almost nonexistent.

I would not buy an excursion with this company. I recently went to Milan to o go see the Dome, paid 149.95 for three tickets and did not get the tickets as promised. They were supposed to be email to my personal account and I did not receive them. I missed the tour and lost the money. A refund will not be issued. This is bad form in their part. I tried to get it right but they do not want to work with me.

This was a rip off price. Although we got access to the roof tops, terraces, in the cathedral and the archeological area, I wish I did more research on price instead of using Viator (been reliable every other time) but it’s actually so much cheaper on the Duomo Milano website! Like, approximately €15!! Worth it to do, but not worth booking on here
