Just go to Ericeira and do this tour. I can’t recommend it highly enough. The old town is charmingly beautiful but what makes this so special is Ângelo. He is simply wonderful - genuinely passionate, vastly knowledgable, and a superb guide. He gave us a real insight into the history and character of the town, as well as providing us with the most delicious array of tastings. Ângelo also gave us many recommendations for places to visit, stay and eat at. He went above and beyond.

What a wonderful experience with Angelo. He guided us through Ericeira, a beautiful fisherman village near Lisbon. Angelo selected the most delicious places and made us feel like locals! The food and drinks were so, delicious. He shared also great history with us about all the places we passed. Our time with Angelo was a highlight of our 2 weeks in Portugal and I highly recommend spending time with him. i will never forget this foodtour, the places, the food and all the historical knowledge about Ericeira. Angelo was incredible! His passion for food and Ericeira were so evident - his desire to make sure we loved it all, as well! Our tastings were very tasty but more importantly, they were steeped in Ericeira tradition and culture. We experienced a "grilled fish in a fisherman's club that exceeded any expectation- and the abundance of treats...wow! Angelo was also excellent with his English and good conversation. A highlight of our trip, for sure! Angelo then followed up with details of our stops and tastings - and advice for what to do in other parts of Portugal! Huge thank you to Angelo.

My husband and I spent an amazing day on a foodie tour with Angelo on our vacation in Ericeira. Angelo not only took us to amazing places to try local delicacies ( the fresh and delicious fish in front of sea was amazing), but he also combined the tour with a history lesson about this small and enchanted village. I really loved this experience. I highly recommend this tour with Angelo for sharing his love of food, enthusiasm and passion for Ericeira, and his natural ability to make you feel within minutes that you are an old friend.

Angelo was an amazing tour guide for me and my boyfriend during our short stay in Ericeira. His knowledge of the village, its history and culture and the explanations about its local gastronomic roots were incredible. The selection of food and wine tastings was divine (convent pastry, savory, cheeses, regional bread, wines). Our time flew by as we walked along the narrow cobbled streets learning about the history and interesting facts of this fishing village. Our lunch experience at club naval, which Angelo chose, was very special and to die for. A freshly grilled fish, simply superb. He even helped us plan our stay in the area and recommended places to eat where the locals go. Being with Angelo was like being with an old friend, so easy, so comfortable. This is a must-do in Ericeira! Cheers...
