The tour bus arrived almost 1/2 hour late at the Caixa bus stop. There were six people wondering whether we were at the wrong place and time. When the driver arrived he didn't give a reason nor apology.

Pick up near from the hotel i stayed and it was a full day trip.enjoyed the village sight seeing and tasted local wine made by the people.Bus was provided to visit all these two places and food was amazing.I got chance to mingle with all the people who was in the tour .

I'm very dissatisfied with the tour. The two places we visited are great, but the guide mostly talked about where he'll leave us and where we'd meet... and only said a few words about each place, its history and present, and stayed with bus. That's not the way to do the tour of such places with rich culture and history!

While booking it was told that trip would be for 9 hours between 9:45 am to 6:45 pm, but the trip was a rather short one and it got over at 4:20 pm. We were not given sufficient time to explore Nerja and were told to be back in bus at 3:20 pm. Feel cheated because after spending 35 pounds per person could only explore very little of Nerja, which could have been sone without taking this tour from operator l.

I loved both towns that we visited. I wish we had maybe just a little more time in Frigiliana. If I went again I would not go on the train tour in Frigiliana, not worth it.

The pickup point was vague. What was mentioned in the address did neither match with Google Maps nor in reality. So, I had to watch a large area to ensure I was not missing the bus. I even asked a few locals to make sure I am on the right street. I arrived 15-20 min earlier and messaged the tour operator. They said the bus would arrive on time. I waited for more than 45 min watching all around and no bus arrived ever. Again I contacted the tour operator and this time they said the bus was on time and already picked up several tourists! I didn't see any tourists at the location of address! The tour operator justified the vague address as I had to call them 1 or 2 days before the tour. But, as Viator was automatically collecting the tour fee a day before the tour from my credit card and till the payment I did not have any instructions, I couldn't call them. A day before the tour also I was on the plane. So, it was not possible. Anyways, starting my holiday with that horrible experience totally ruined my self-confidence at first, especially as some of the other tour operators also had a pickup point around the same location. But, I didn't encounter any issues with the other excursions luckily. The other tour operators exactly sent the buses to where they mentioned in their instructions. Later on, looking at my old documents, I realised that many years ago, I had almost the same issue with the same tour operator in another city (Barcelona). So, next time when I am in Spain, as soon as I realise the tour operator is Julia Travel, I will certainly cancel my excursion with them.

Great and picturesque town, each one has his own charm. The tour guide and driver were great! My friends also enjoy this relaxing and enchanting adventure.

The pickup delayed 45 minutes, so the rest activities were so rush, the tour moved on while my wife was in the toilet, but Frigiliana and Nerja were very nice.
