Azienda Agricola Ercolani
The winery is located underground of the main town. In the numerous cellars that make up the path of the underground city you will encounter oak barrels of various sizes, small fountains, two authentic Etruscan tombs, the cells where the Ghibellines escaped found refuge, the workshops and the ancient wells .. tradition has it that they throw themselves into it coins to make a fortune! The family Ercolani, who has always been an admirer of art and history, has also recreated 3 small museums. You will tour the entire property and will be introduced to the one of most important wine in Tuscany. The first wine tasting of the day will take place here.

Tenuta Fanti
Tenuta Fanti belongs to the Fanti family since 1800. It was transformed from a sharecropping company to a winery, marking an important transition. The property extends across 260 hectares of land: 55 hectares of vineyards, 60 of olive trees and 145 of crops and forest which surround the new wine cellar built in 2004. The soil has a volcanic origin and it is rich in skeleton. The winery converted to organic agriculture, in an attempt to safeguard the territory and improve the quality of the products, while respecting consumers’ health. Here you will have a guided tour of the winery to understand the company’s philosophy, retracing together the various phases of wine production. You will understand the identity of the vineyards during the wine tasting in the panoramic terrace. The wines will be paired with typical Montalcino dishes prepared by the expert hands of their chefs. The experience will be accompanied by a tasting of their extra virgin olive oil.
