Nice trip. Despite the raining weather the tour continued and we got to see historic sites while the guides kept us safe.

We initially had a group of six, but some of our group was afraid to go. They came with us to see and we got to the meeting site about 20 minutes early. Leo was already there waiting. He patiently let everyone test ride, so those who had backed out could reconsider. They ultimately decided not to go, but I should mention our ages were 65 - 91. Ironically, the younger ones backed out so it was me (67), my husband (80) and my mom (91). The three of us had ridden a segway about five years earlier while the others had not. Riding a segway is so much fun! After a few minutes to become familiar with the movement, it's very intuitive and super easy. A great way to see a new city. Leo and Fabio were wonderful tour guides and so attentive. We all got audio devices so Leo led the way while Fabio was in the back narrating what we saw. We also stopped at a few key sites to better see them. We neglected the offer of helmets, but it's probably a good idea to wear them, since part of the route has some obstacles. We came on a cruise ship and wished, after we left, that we'd bought something we saw at a street vendor. I contacted Leo to ask about it and he actually went to look for the street vendor for us. Unfortunately the vendor had moved, but Leo took the time to do research and send me four links where I could find the same item online. Excellent customer service, very friendly and very knowledgeable. We would definitely do a segway tour with Leo and Fabio again.

We prepaid $864 for a Segway Tour. Unfortunately the cruise had to divert Palermo so we were unable to go on the Segway Tour. I advised the Tour Company the night before and requested a refund - and they refused. I cannot understand why a refund would not be issued if cancelled before the tour took place and it was obviously out of our control not being able to attend the tour. I would avoid this tour operator as they clearly do not have good morals or values and only focus on taking the customers money.
