This is an awful company. The instruction and meeting place is very confusing I tried to call the tour provider but they did not respond to the call. They should at least refund hld of our money as there are 4 of us on that trip. It was also raining on that day. So we all got wet waiting for a bus in a bus stop. I would not recommend this tour to anybody

Great day out, Verona was beautiful and the walking tour was very good with a knowledgeable and interesting guide. Sirmione is a wonderful stop on the return journey and a good way to experience a little of Lake Garda. Our lead guide Salvatore was also very helpful.

The tour guide in Verona was wonderful! He was extremly knowledgeable and quite humerous. We loved his stories. The tour director on the bus was totally disconnected and didn't seem to enjoy her work.

Communication was good, received whatsap message day before about a slight change to pickup. The coach comes from Milan and picked us up near the main train station at Bergamo. On time at 07:45. About an hour and 10mins to beautiful Verona. Guided walking tour for over an hour. Guide was good and interesting, particularly the Juliet balcony stories. Verona exceeded expectations, vibrant, interesting and beautiful. Colosseum tour at end was informative and you get to skip the large queue to get in. 2 hours to yourself in Verona, then an hour or so to Sirmione on Lake Guarda. This place is so nice and would have liked longer than the 2hours. We chose an additional boat ride for 10e per person, 30 mins around the area of Lake Garda, this was chilled and recommended. We just wandered around the beautiful town and stopped for a beer and icecream (local specialty) , you can pay to go around the castle and roman holiday villa ruins. The tour was really enjoyable and the guides were friendly and efficient. Dropped back in Bergamo about 6:15 pm Recommended.

Monica, our tour guide, from Milano to Verona and lake Garda was excellent. Very knowledgeable of the region, and she provided very useful information. In addition, she is a caring person. A lady in the group needed to go to the restroom in the last minute. She asked Monica to hold her ice cream (gelato) while she went to the toilet. With the heat, the ice cream was melting and Monica spoiled her blouse and clothing. She took it with a smile. She went above and beyond her duties. Sad to see that at the end of the tour many people did not tip the driver or the tour guide. A recommendation is to make this tour longer. A nice lunch or dinner with all the group would have been perfect. We needed a rest with the strong sun and there were too many beautiful places to see. Verona and Lake Garda should be done in a longer tour.
