Excellent tour guide who knows the area very well. I would never have been able to navigate the trails on my own. Guido our guide new exactly were to take us to get a breathtaking view of the Dolomites in a popular setting about 60 minutes outside Bolzano.

Our day of hiking with Guido was better than any expectations we have had! Our family of 4, with two kids ages 11 and 13, love to hike and enjoy nature. We were looking for a solid day of walking and great scenery! Guido must have read our minds because we had the most wonderful and diverse 8-9 mile walk, with a mix of up and down and unmatched views! We had a wonderful lunch at the top, about midway, and the kids enjoyed playing with and in water at the end of the walk. We had a ton of questions during our walk and Guido was super informative and helpful, so not only our first encounter with Dolomites was phenomenal, but we got a ton of ideas for what to do when we return! This was absolutely worth every dollar! Thank you so much, Guido - we will be back :)

We had a wonderful day with Freemotion to Catinaccio! You cannot imagine how experienced and professional they are. The trip was quite balanced taking care of our both sporty and relaxing needs. I especially like the seemingly "difficult" trail when descending. Will definitely visit again.

This was our highlight of Italy. Guido was an excellent guide and showed us some of the most stunning views of the dolomites. We loved it. Highly recommended. Was definitely worth the money.

What to expect
After pickup at your accommodation, you will transfer by car with your guide to the starting point of the hike. If necessary, we will take a cable car or chairlift to quickly reach higher altitudes from where we can hike with better views and wider horizons.
The hike is on mountain trails that can be more or less challenging depending on your fitness level and weather conditions. Your private guide will choose the most suitable trails for you.
In the Dolomites near Bolzano we offer several hikes in the area of the "Catinaccio", "Val di Funes", "Val Gardena", "Val di Fassa", "Sassolungo" and the famous but crowded "Seceda". During the day there is time to stop for lunch at a cozy "rifugio".
