The singing wasn’t that touching. And it was kind off disappointing because we we’re expecting more variety of tasting to try.

The port tasting and guide tour was great. The show was done with professional level. We enjoyed it entirely. We were so in awe of the whole experience. Definitely a must do for any trips to Porto. Will highly recommend to others!

Loved learning about Port and hearing a Fado show. Nice to take some time to enjoy the music and the port. Definitely recommend.

It was great! The fado blew me away. Great experience for the price. I have recommended it to my friends who live in Porto

The "visit" of the Calem wine cellars was neat, but was much longer than I thought it would it be. It was more of a "tour" than a visit. The port was exquisite, including their white port. Will definitely be looking to see if we can find it back home. The Fado was not the best. I'm not sure what was happening with the singers, but both were coughing through the songs. When they weren't coughing, the songs were "just ok". I'm sure you can hear better Fado elsewhere in Porto or Lisbon. But the wine tasting was worth it.

I would have rated 5 but the lady giving out tickets on reception was quite rude and dismissive. Shame our trip was spoilt by her rudeness

The visit in the winecellar was disappointing and the guide was kind of rude and his English was not that good. The fado was ok, but it was not as good as a fado in a local restaurant.

We had difficulty hearing our host,(even around the barrels) a microphone would have helped. We had expected the speaker to come to the back of the room to repeat what was said, but to no avail.

Lovely performance but disappointed that the guide did not stay as she could have dealt with the rude and disrespectful tourists who wouldn’t stop talking and texting on their phones which was really distracting. Also the tables were set up in a way that the performers rarely faces my side of the room so I felt a little ignored.

This was an ok experience for a cheap price. The show itself was good but only two tastings wasn’t ideal for the 45 min length of the show. Also a bit ruined by all the people talking and taking flash photos. Not a fault of the tour or venue but you can probably get a better fado experience at a restaurant with live fado music. I also think this show focused more on the singers than the fado player who was elevated to the background.
