    Had to see the Everglades because I was in the area. One more item off the list. Was not as exhilarating as I expected. But we did see alligators.

    Hagen was a great tour guide! Our trip to the Everglades from south beach was fun from start to finish! 10/10 recommend!!

    The tour was cancelled The day before. Just an e-mail where i was informed that i would have a refund and stop. A tour booked a month in advance. We were on a cruise desembarkation day and Had The flight at night. No more answers at my e-mails and no solution found. I took anyway a trip for everglades and guess what?! The banana joe van was there, carring other guests. Inconvenient May happens but this management was terrible.

    Our tourguide Hagen was amazing. He picked us up at our AirBnB and told us interesting facts about Miami and the Everglades on our way to the Everglades. After the tour, he brought us back to our AirBnB and gave us a lot of insights on Miami. We will definitely book another tour with him! Highly recommend it!
