Very organized. The statue of liberty was incredible. Nina our tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this tour

Good overall, but the amount of time at each attraction is not accurately represented in the description of this tour. We signed up for the “tour” of all 3 sites. We had about 45 minutes at Statue of Liberty (which was appropriate), but only 20 minutes at Ellis Island (which was NOT enough time and way less than the 90 min described). I understand we could have broken off from the tour and stayed, but we wanted to continue with the guided tour. Of note- total tour time was 4 hours (not 5 hours as indicated in description). Bottom line, we felt rushed through.

The Tour itself was great, but the tour guide was a bit much. She had so much information about The Statue of Liberty I got tired of listening. I was excited about the views and she was more focused on us knowing history we learned years ago.

Our tour guide LeAnn was awesome and really enjoys her work. She told wonderful historical stories with lots of animation and was loud so everyone could hear.

Renewing my knowledge of the Statue of Liberty and walking the hall and rooms at Ellis Island where my grandmother walked in 1917 as an immigrant from Barbados.

With only 1 day to experience these 3 sites we were delighted - no really impressed with our guide Leanne! Not only was she attentive to each of us who took a bit more time walking - she explained every single stop with care & animation, she told us the history we'd never had known of each location ... she's a true NY lover & shared her love of the cities history. Thank you for making our day amazing & beautiful.

Gail was such a knowledgeable tour guide! Being a life-long NewYorker, she gave us lots of history along with practical tips to get around the city and other things to see. Don’t miss the 911 Memorial! The fire station that lost 6 firemen is just across the street. Wouldn’t have known that if we had gone on our own. She also gave us much more information than is available without a guide. She guided us to the subway to get us back to our hotel from there. Much less expensive than Lyft! Loved having Gail!

We had a great time. Fabres, our guide was very knowledgeable and kept things moving at a good pace. We would recommend this tour to anyone visiting these sites.

Fred_R

The tour guide tried to push her own personal agenda. She was not well-informed about the topic. She did not want to talk about the day of 9/11, and that’s one of the reasons why we took the tour. Would not recommend her and I think that she is not qualified for the job.
