No puedo tener una experiencia más desagradable que la que me ha pasado con esta excursión. Viajé desde Illinois hasta New York con mi esposa para celebrar nuestro primer aniversario de bodas, y había optado por este tour ya que me parecía muy bueno. Incluso me habían llamado de la compañía unos días antes para confirmar el lugar de recogida y ya que donde nos quedaríamos no estaba a su alcance pues decidimos que fuera al punto de encuentro. En el lugar estuve 1 hora antes de que empezara el tour y desde ese momento comencé a llamar a la compañía para asegurarme de estar en el lugar correcto, hice varias llamadas y en todas me confirmaba la operadora que estaba en el lugar correcto y que el bus pasaría a la hora correcta. Luego de la hora de recogida vuelvo a llamar al ver que el bus no viene y la operadora me dice que el tour se había cancelado y que yo no había recibido la llamada de hace 2 semanas, que era culpa mía no saberlo, pues ellos habían llamado para hacérmelo saber y no había contestado, lo cual es una pura mentira, ya que no recibí más que la llamada para confirmar la hora y lugar de recogida, además que tampoco me enviaron un SMS o un correo, pues toda esa información la tenían. Supongo que esto no les pase a todos, pero esa compañía, Niagara Magestic Tours, no son confiables! Espero que no les pase a los demás.....
