This walking tour was really nice! The meeting point is super easy to locate. The guide, Rui, was helpful by sending us a picture of himself and the meeting location. First we stopped to try a delicious Belém pastry. Then we went to Jerónimos Monastery, which is truly spectacular. You need to buy tickets for the monastery ahead of the tour (this is not included). Then we walked to Belém Tower. Don't buy tickets for this--you won't be going inside on this tour. I would have liked to linger here a bit longer. After that, we walked to a nearby monument. Nice way to spend 3 hours!

Andre was an excellent tour guide. Friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. Learned a lot about the Monastery and the Tower, and good tips about visiting these sites. Enjoyed the stop to pick up some pastel de nata at the Belem shop whey they originated.

Absolutely wonderful! Meeting point was easy to find and Andriy already new my name. His knowledge was amazing and he always answered any questions. He went at a great pace. It was great skipping the line at the Monastery and having a guide telling you detailed information. I highly recommend this tour. Small group and great guide.

André is an amazing guide, extremely knowledgeable and polite. Easy to engage with; did a great job at keeping everyone engaged. The tour guide provides tons of historical information about the Jeronimos, Elementary Tower, and Maritime Museum. This tour certainly surpassed our expectations.

Our guide Rui was amazing and helpful all along the way. The Belem pastry is by far the best! On to our next stop and unfortunately Tho staff was striking at the montastery. And our guide handled it so well. He immediately asked if we would go to the maritime museum instead. This place was amazing and our guide was so passionate and informative about everything we saw. Then on to Belem tower. Beautiful place by the water. Our guide was professional and made our last day in Lisbon an absolute pleasure.

We had a wonderful tour with Andriy. I think this is the best way to see the Monastery. We had a small group of 8 and stopped at Pasteis de Belém for the famous nata and it was delicious. As we approached the Monastery, Andriy pointed out the special festivities for a day honoring firefighters. We used the Lisboa Card for our entry to the Monastery (there was a machine to scan our cards and enter our home country). I think it was much more meaningful to have a guided entry in the Monastery and hear Andriy’s insight on Saint Jerome and the architecture features of the Manueline style. We learned a lot and it was a valuable experience. We also walked to the Belém Tower and Monument to the Discoveries, with a refreshment stop on the way. We enjoyed the surprise of seeing the raccoon sculpture and learning about the artist and his methods. If you want to visit the Monastery with minimal waiting and actually learn about what you’re looking at, definitely take this tour.
