The communication with this tour operator is terrible! I made a note in the booking that I would like to drive myself to the meeting point and asked that they confirm that. I heard nothing. I sent them an e-mail stating the same, the day before the tour and heard nothing. I sent a message through Trip Advisor 90 minutes before the tour asking again if we could drive ourselves to the meeting point and 20 minutes before the tour is to start, I get a message back stating that they can't do the tour and I should cancel it. It's our last day here and no way to book something else with zero notice. Absolutely terrible and I would stay away from this operator! 😡

Our young guide Luisa made the day for us, she wasn't well but still managed to trek high and low (very steep) to show us the sites. She waited back for us oldies and took photos, bought us drinks and snack bars and found us the cake factory on the way home, as a treat for our hard climb ! Lovely girl, who was informative and inspirational, would ask for her next time.
