It was an amazing trip with beautiful views and a lot of fun. The guides were very nice with a lot of humor, and the stories they told about the environment were clear. Good food, swimmingpool and the livemusic make the trip unforgettable. The boattrip was nice with also a musicartist. Greets, Jan, Marry and Alex.

We did the Super Safari trip and really enjoyed it - probably helped by the great weather for February. Very well organised, interesting stops and a fine lunch with entertainment that was appreciated by all. Many Canadians in our group including one lady who has done this same trip several times. A relaxing river cruise for the return journey, many thanks - you have created a rather special tour and we will be recommending it to anyone holidaying on the east side of Algarve

Just been on the offroad trail and boat trip today. Picked up from hotel on the dot in minibus, arrived in Santo Antonio and large party split into language groups, then off into the land rovers. Excellent fun and knowledgeable drivers. Offroad section was about 3 hours, 2 stops to visit farms and cork trees, then 3rd stop for lunch. Quick dip in the swimming pool to cool off beforehand. Lunch was lovely. Soup, bread, salad, potatoes, chicken, piri piri oil to spice it up. Jugs of wine & water. More food if you wanted, all organically and locally produced. Then some lovely traditional Portuguese music, singing etc. Lunch over, off to the boat for an almost 2 hour journey back to Santo Antonio. Great fun, great value. Still too full to go out for dinner tonight.

I would really recommend the super safari trip. We have a wonderful day, enjoying the rugged countryside in a jeep and stopping in some local farms - learning about local produce. The tour guides were all very pleasant and knowledgeable when asked any questions. Lunch and wine were all included in a very nice restaurant, together with some local portuguese entertainment which was very enjoyable. The food for lunch was also very tasty. Then the afternoon was spent on the boat coming back, the best of both worlds. Well worth doing!

The Moorish trail trip via jeep and then boat was absolutely marvellous. From my first contact with Riosultravel until being dropped back near our accommodation, they displayed efficiency, impeccable manners and great consideration. We were warmly welcomed when collected in the morning and everything was explained. After a short transfer to Villa Real de San Antonio, we boarded the jeeps. Our driver was so funny and friendly and especially thoughtful of our children. The jeep safari was great fun - we all enjoyed standing with our head above the roof to see the salt lakes and flamingoes. After a short while, we arrived at an organic farm where we were welcome to try various produce including fig chutneys, olive oil and carob. A second stop explained the cork production of Portugal - very interesting. Finally, we arrived at a farm for lunch where we enjoyed a dip in the pool and a superb Portuguese meal: soup, bread, cheese (delicious!), salad, potatoes, chicken, wine and melon. There was plenty and it was superb. Entertainment was provided by a musician and the tour guides not only waited on us, but they also sang with great spirit. A relaxing 90 minute boat cruise took us back to Vila Real. An absolutely brilliant day - I can’t fault it. Well done and thank you 😊
