Praia das Bicas

Mostly sought by surfers, it has no surveillance and almost no infrastructure. It is famous by the clear water and the extensive sand. Access is not too difficult either, as there is a wooden staircase that goes down the cliff.

Praia de Foz

Short stop to admire the wild and incredible beach of Foz. Located on the western coast, between Cabo Espichel and Praia das Bicas, Praia da Foz is still unknown to many people. It has a small sandy beach, ideal for those who prefer to be away from the crowds. The sea is sometimes rough and forms some currents, advising some caution on the part of the swimmers.

Ribeira do Cavalo Beach

Only accessible by foot or boat, continues to be a secret of Sesimbra coast.. When we reach the wild beach we will have free time to dive in the transparent waters. Is impossible you not love this beach… Quietness, scenery, environment, simply great! Is classified one of the most beautiful wild beaches of Portugal

This is our 7th tour on our Portugal family adventure and this tour ranks as one of our absolute favorites! Andy was an incredible guide and the sites are above and beyond what we expected. A MUST DO if you are in or near Lisbon- cannot stress this enough. Without this tour you are completely missing out on some of the most unbelievable sites and landscapes of Portugal.

Andrew took us for a wonderful tour of the Sesimbra coastline. He stopped at a little cafe and treated us to some bread and espresso! Every spot we stopped at was breathtaking and Andrew always had some interesting or funny facts about the spot to share with us. A huge highlight was the Dino tracks and the surrounding area that is simply beautiful. The tour certainly felt like you got to see more of the hidden beauty that only the passionate citizens like Andrew knew about. I can’t recommend this enough.

Look Around Tours manager André Marquês and his partner, Nidia, picked us up at our Lisbon hotel in an air-conditioned van and, closer to the mystery beaches, swapped that vehicle for an open-air jeep. Nidia was our driver, and she gave us an informative and adventurous tour of Castelo de Sesimbra and nearby towns and beaches. We appreciated Nidia's spirit, humor and company!

If you are looking for a fun day full of surprises and beautiful scenery then Look Around Jeep Tours has you covered. Our tour guide Andy picked us up in Lisbon and we were off from there. We visited many different locations each with a unique draw. Andy was a wonderful tour guide and was willing to tell us all about not only the sights of the day but also about life in Portugal in general. Andy was very intersting and made great conversation. He was also an expert driver and really made riding in the jeep fun. Andy even brought us to see dinosaur footprints which was a really cool surprise. After our time exploring he took us to a beautiful beach where he left us with an umbrella and towel to enjoy our afternoon. My husband and I had a lovely time walking around and just relaxing on the beach. On the way back Andy was kind and let us take in the scenery while he played some excellent music. 5 Stars for sure! Look Around has some great jeep tours that we really felt allowed us to see parts of Portugal we never would have found any other way. Thanks Andy!

We picked this excursion as a little splurge for our honeymoon. There was no way we would be able to discover these beaches on our own! Andy was a cool, chill guide and he was GREAT company. The beaches were beautiful. We stopped by the local fish market. He took us to a really cool place to eat as well. It was a super cool excursion. I loved that we were picked up and dropped off at our AirBnB as well. You really get to know Portugal this way :)
