The guide was late and it finished 10 minutes early which was not impressive for a one hour tour. Minimal wildlife to see. The solar boat was quiet and peaceful but it seems like a lot of money for the experience.

Terrific guide and I’d always wanted to see the Ria Formosa Our guide did warn us that June was not a great time to see the bird life but he did a great job of pointing out the few birds that were there. I highly recommend using a solar boat for the quiet the smell and the environment

So quiet and eco friendly in an electric boat. Our guide Andre was terrific - friendly, fun, knowledgeable, and able to switch from English to French throughout. Enjoyed it very much.

We went as a family of 4, sharing the solar boat with 2 other couples. Very comfortable and quiet. Our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. He let my 7 year old sit at the front with him which he loved! We didn't see that many birds, but as he said, wildlife cannot be controlled! The flamingos are the other side of the Ria De Formosa and would take more than an hour to get to. But for an experience of going on a solar boat and getting out onto the water, seeing a few birds and crabs and learning about what else lives there - it was great. The storks nest stories are fascinating!

Fantastic peaceful experience, solar boat is by far the best way to experience the wetlands. Saw a sea slug swimming and a black cormorant for the first time which was very interesting!
