The audio guide is bas. It is very limited and unspecific. For example, it gives a small bit of info on a building but does not describe it nor say where to look for it.

This was the worst hop on hop off bus tours I’ve ever experienced. There were a number of seats that you couldn’t plug in the audio ear piece. The seats where the commentary was working it was hopeless with a lot of music, couldn’t turn the volume up, not much information on the buildings or the area. Traffic was very heavy, the bus crawled along, we had no idea where we were. Total waste of money for 4 hours..

This Lisbon tour was excellent and very interesting. Our guide, I am sorry I cannot remember her name, but she was so lovely and she was very knowledgeable and captivated everyone with her story telling of history. And she speaks 5 languages! The highlight was the tour through the Palace, she brought the building to life as she explained the rich history of each room, artwork, furniture and the lives of the old monarchy. Fascinating. We would definitely recommend this tour.

We booked this tour through Shore Excursion group for May 16,2023 and Cityrama Gray Line was the local provider. The bus audio system failed and bus departure was delayed for 30 min. The comments were in four languages. English speakers were minority group and comments in English were the last when bus already passed the points of interests. English speakers should look English only tours even if they are more expensive.

This was a wonderful day trip. I selected it because I was recently healing from knee replacement surgery and did not feel up to a full day tour. The tour guide was very very informative and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this city tour.

The tour was great. We got to see Lisbon old Town, Palacio Nationale da Ajuda, Lisbonne Avenue De La Liberte, and more. Our tour guide, Mariza, was very informative and answered all the questions we had. Highly recommend for tourist visiting Lisbon. Overall 10/10.

CityRama - It's very HARD and confusing for the customer to hear 4 languages during a tour. May I suggest a "beep" or "tone" when changing the language. We would be driving past highlighted areas and we'd miss the information because a different language was being spoken. The person sent for pick up was somewhat rude. We were not told what to expect and that we'd be picking up so many other customers. Had we known that, we would have gotten ourselves to the park on our own. The tour itself: We were taken to Belem tower before it was open and did not have the chance to tour it on our own. Very disappointing! We spend an extraordinary amount of time at the Coach museum when we only need a short time. There was NO time in Lisbon city center and no details on the city center offered. This was supposed to be a Lisbon city tour. We were not even shown the city gate! Our guide was average - we were laughing at something unrelated to the tour and our guide repeatedly asked us what she said wrong. We explained it had nothing to do with her, but she kept pressing the issue and in front of the entire group. We understand you are trying to get the most out of your tours by offering many languages, but it takes a lot away from the tour, especially since you cannot ask questions. We did two CityRama tours and were very disappointed in each one. I would not waste my money on this company in the future.

It was a nice informative tour. Our guide was so versed about the history of the National Palace and took us to historical spots in the area.

Not a ton of detail, but the tour guide was a polyglot and was speaking to so many. We did get to see pretty much all the hotspots. Reasonably priced and done by 1pm. Sometimes felt a bit rushed, but it was okay. Went on a Sunday, so crowds not too bad.

Good review of the main attractions in Lisbon, and the tour guide was very nice! Would definitely recommend it,
