Excellent trip - just as described - great communication - outstanding tour guide - Granada and the Alhambra are beautiful - Highly recommend!!

Excellent guide at the Alhambra with extensive knowledge of the history and symbolism in the palace. We really enjoyed our tour and the beauty of the Alhambra. The pickup was also convenient. Only drawback was the lack of free time to explore the Alhambra in our own a little or even visit the gift shop, and lack of free time in Granada. We had time to eat, but that was it.

It was an English speaking tour and most of the time we were with a bus driver who did not speak English. He was really nice and tried to help though, but that is not what we expected. The agency postponed our pick up time to 1 hour later (instead of 8 a.m. pick up was at 9 a.m.) .There was bad weather so there was more traffic and we got late to our tour. If the agency left the pick up time as per original, we would not be late. The tour began without us, so we had to wait for them to join them for other parts. The one we missed, we had to do by ourselves. The guide was lovely and knowledgeable. The timing became a problem in the end because we were supposed to have 2 hours in Granada. It was to late to enjoy Granada and we already had plans for the evening. We missed half of the day tour that we already paid for; did not have time for lunch or see Granada.

The bus ride was 3 hrs each way which was made unpleasant by a very fast and bumpy bus ride. Our guide (Juan) on the tour was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He made sure we stayed in the shade and were comfortable during the hot summer heat. Juan answered all our questions and made the tour very pleasant and informative.

This is a three-hour car ride from Seville so be prepared. The Alhambra tour was excellent and the guide was very well prepared. He was patient and answered all questions. The only problem was we had such a limited time in Granada after the Alhambra tour that we were unable to visit the center of the city and see anything at all plus have lunch. It would be best if the tour included more time in Granada and got back to Seville an hour later. Since we drove so far, it was disappointing to not experience the city at all.

Excellent service. Hotel local coach pick up, 3 hour drive each way with a 20 minute loo stop both ways, tour of Alhambra was amazing and also over 3 hours so it was a long day but well worth the whole experience

Granada is a wonderful city to visit but, I subject the pick up time should be early is 3 hours far away from Seville. The guide tour was excellent and the driver Jorge was great. Someone else, should go too with the driver on the bus on this long trip.

Loved the day trip to Alhambra from Seville. The guide Rafael was very knowledgeable and explained in length about the history of the place. Took really good care of us despite the heat. The whole journey was well planned.

Our Spain trip started off rough with the return airline no longer flying on the date we booked our tickets for. This caused collisions on our itinerary that needed to be hashed out as our trip was now shorten. It took many attempts to contact anyone at visitours to see if we could get our trip date moved back 2 days. Finally, we heard back and the trip was ago for a new day. We had a tour with visitours the day before that never happened, so I reached out to get better clarity on where our pick up was, what time it was and what kind of vehicle it would be. Pablo gave us a prompt response and we were set. The description of the pickup point was at the entrance of the parking garage. This was problematic before because there was no place for a vehicle to park. We arrived early and the large black bus rolled up exactly at the time offered. For clarity, the pickup point is not at the entrance, but rather at the bus stop 200 feet away from the entrance to the parking garage. What I found strange, we were informed that it was the entrance, which the family from Mexico was told the bus stop. Regardless, but driver was on time, COVID protocols were in place the bus was clean. The drive is rather a long one, so know that your only biobreak will be 2.5 hours or so. For us, we stopped in front of a restaurant and informed their washrooms were for our use. Seems that there were only three stalls in the women’s bathroom, one of which didn’t work and another that was completely disgusting! The good working toilet had no seat. As they describe in the info of the tour, you will be dropped off and handed a map of the city, it happens as described. You not notified prior to stopping. The driver spoke good English and pointed out a few things and was very clear on the pickup time and location. Other than stopping for lunch, the city didn’t offer much to see. We were picked up promptly and went to Alhambra. We got off the bus and the driver got on the phone calling the guides. The first guide showed up and lots of confusion broke out as he started speaking French. The French speakers were pleased, but the rest of us had no clue what was going on and if we had booked the wrong language. Then another guide showed up and passed out headsets. Once we put the headsets on, we noticed the guide as only speaking Spanish! Again, the English-speaking group was concerned. After several long minutes, the guide stopped speaking Spanish and explained that this would be a Spanish/English tour! We were completely unaware that this was how the tour was going to be and throughout the tour it was spoken in 70% Spanish & 30% English. Due to the limited English spoke & the crackling headsets, most of us just stopped listening. The guide has a lot of distance to cover in a rather small amount of time, so kept a rather vigorous pace. With my back, this was problematic, but fortunately the Spanish group that was with us seemed to be lingering behind me so I could keep up. The guide would probably be great if he only had one language to speak, but that was not the case. The tour was a wash for me; we would not recommend it for any of our friends or families and will not tour with this company again. The two-star rating was for the bus driver who did a great job!
