I hated this tour. The company sold it as an ENGLISH tour. It was NOT. I fact the only had one guide for the Spanish speakers and the English speakers. An the Spanish tourist would chat while the guide Fernando tried to talk making it very difficult to understand. Then they lied about it being an English tour when I complained. Go somewhere else! A total waste of time and money. Spend the last 2 (two) hours of the tour with Viator customer service. The tour GAVE me an awful HEADACHE!

The ciudad encantada is well worht a visit. The transport there and back was in a comfortable, small bus and both driver and guide were friendly and helpful. The tour was in Spanish and, despite my limited Spanish, I was able to follow some if not most of what was said. Unfortunately, my longer tour in English was cancelled due to a lack of guests, so this was the (cheaper and shorter alternative offered) Under the circumstances I was happy enough although for those without a modicum of Spanish, this would probably not have been a viable option.
