We thoroughly enjoyed our very full day in Toledo, comfortable bus, excellent guide. I would use this tour group for other tours.

Very interesting tour, and the merit belongs more than 50% to Maite, an excellent guide: knowledgeable, kind, empathic, good manager of the „crowd”. The trip is worth every penny, tremendous history, well preserved, beautiful treasures. Again, thank you, Maite!

We were on line waiting to get in the Palacio Real in Madrid, when we saw this guy promoting tours to various places of interest. Our group went to their office and spoke with Gabriel who sold us 2 consecutive tours, one to Segovia and Avila and next day to Toledo. We were there at the bus stop at the promised time and there were some confusion as to which bus and such but it was nothing compared to what came next. We were promised an English speaking tour and although the group was mixed with Spanish and English speaking tourists, the guide spoke mostly in Spanish and his accent was very pronounced, was very hard to understand. The tour was a waste of money, we would have done better on our own with the little guidance we were given. We were promised a visit to a church in Segovia but once we got there, we were not allowed to enter for they were conducting church services, the tour should not have promised us something they could not offer. Overall it was very disappointing, I will write another review for our visit to Toledo.

This tour was part of a larger package. Our guide - a nice lady named Sol (?) had an obvious passion for the history, architecture and art that she was showing us. She also did an excellent job of keeping our group together which may have been like herding cats at times. There is a lot of walking and hills involved but it was worth it to me. Awe of the architecture and artwork I viewed will stay with me for years.

Toledo is a BEAUTIFUL city. A must to see. But this tour operator combined the FULL DAY AND HALF DAY TOUR making our tour (FULL DAY) VERY SHORT as we had to go up and down the hill numerous times wasting most of our time. I would highly suggest that the tour OPERATOR VPT must only do FULL DAY in one tour and the HALF DAY in one tour. Nothing more. The tour guide was fantastic, SOL. She was able to manage the transition of the buses etc having such a large group! She gave all the information but the whole idea of doing a FULL DAY was to assimilate the beauty of TOLEDO. Because of this, we were only able to technically have a half day tour. All the going up and down was purely UNNECESSARY. VPT please do a better service and put one tour only. Toledo is a wonderful and extremely fascinating city to go. But I would not go with this tour operator, VPT. So before you go, check who is the tour operator.

Great tour, great guide, I recommend the full day, give the oportunity to know more about the beautiful cathedral

The tour was very rich, much places to visit, Toledo is a very beautiful town with so much to know about, but actual most of the historical information was unclear at all since our tour guide English language was completely unclear, and he was explaining in Spanish language a lot and when come to English he speaks in brief, I think it’s better if tour guis was assigned to group of same language better.

This was a large group on a big bus. We loved the city of Toledo, but the tour was not exceptional. They seem more concerned with quantity over quality. We did have some challenging tourists in the group which can make it hard on everyone. My family actually decided to break from the group for a few hours and then meet back up. We enjoyed our time away from the group.

The tour was poorly organized in the morning, with multiple trips on 2 buses with one person organizing. It was 30 minutes prior to leaving. There was an unnecessary stop for the bathroom at a gift shop just before arriving to Toledo. The group in the morning was a full busload making the walking slow. There was another unnecessary stop at a Damascene factory that required everyone getting on the bus. The guide was friendly and knowledgable, but there was no real time to ask questions because of the size of the group. The tour would have been much better if the 2 stops on the bus were eliminated and that the visits to the different sites had been consecutive. We were at the cathedral twice, once to look at and once to enter. Such a waste of time. In an attempt to accomodate different tours at once, it was an inefficient use of time. In the end, we saw everything promised, but it could have been done more quickly and less crowded.
