Booked the tour to Alcala de Henares for a group of 4 with more than a month’s notice, however day of the trip after we woke up early took a cab to the meeting location rushed and scurried around to the meeting location, looking for our guide, we found that the company had emailed us that the tour was canceled due to lack of participation. Not sure why we did not get a phone call, instead of an email and why if participation was low the company didn’t pivot to a private car to accommodate our interest and commitment to the tour.

I had a nice driver and guide, but they didn’t speak English, and very fast Spanish, it was difficult to follow! Also they change my original schedule which it was for yesterday, but they did the tour only today, which cause me some trouble with my today tour! Anyway place it was very beautiful, but it deserve better professionals!
