We had a wonderful time exploring the cave and enjoying the beautiful performance. It was very memorable and unique.

The caves are a neat attraction and the concert was a beautiful experience but this is a walking tour not a boat tour and the boat, if you decide to wait in an exit line to get on one, is only a 2 min ride. If your afraid of crowds or the dark (like some kids may be) I do not recommend this tour.

Excellent experience in the caves. Expect a bit of a walk and the crowds but the classical concert in the cave was amazing! I highly recommend! Thank you Marianna.

Personally for the money I feel disappointed, the trip cost the 4 of us nearly €200 and most of the time we spent on the coach picking up and dropping off passengers, ok so to be expected, but you don’t expect to be ushered round the caves by staff holding a flash light, the concert was a lovely touch but again the viewing platform is so huge and so many tourists are packed in at the same time it definitely didn’t feel as special as it probably should have. The added feature of a boat trip was a joke, 30 seconds on a boat and a massive que, we didn’t bother. Would I go again, no thank you, would I recommend it? If you want a break from the sun and have money to burn then go for it. Such a shame, if they halved the numbers at any one time this could get the reviews it deserved! Money maker!

The caves were very unique and interesting but I did not feel like we learned very much about them. It was more a funnel through of 100s of people. The concert was very distracting with loud kids and obnoxious teens behind us. We enjoyed the Pearl factory. Overall it was just ok. Not sure it was worth 60 pp.

Great tour, it was amazing to see caves. Everything about experience was wonderful. Will definitely recommend this tour.

The service they offer for $60 differs from official ticket (18€) by only the bus ride and back. Now, you might think it’s worth it but the bus back and forth costs af most 11€ with the public transportation (same buses they use). So for some reason they think it’s reasonable to charge over 40€ ONLY for the bus! It’s ridiculous. They don’t even pick you up even if they advertise it. And the 1hs long bus ride has a wonderful (not) entertainment of a ““guide”” saying the same information over and over again in 5 languages. The visit to the Caves is not even private. You share the experience with 700 (not kidding) other people. The time it lasts is because of people crowding the hallways to take pictures. And the 5 minute long “concert” will be always interrupted by all these people laughing coughing and talking. Pointless. Worthless. Will never buy again and will never recommend anyone to buy this.

It is 3x the price of the official website. They didn't pick us up at our hotel. They just gave us the tickets you can buy on the official website and that is it. Definitely a tourist trap we fell for.

We’ve been eyeing up this trip for a while, and decided to go ahead with it, booked it, and as per booking instructions, we were waiting to be contacted in regards of the hotel pick up, however we were never contacted. Not thinking of it too much, we made the trip to the pick up location ourselves (although by bus and walking this took us almost an hour which is quite inconvenient but we didn’t let this get to us). We were under the impression that this would be a boat trip into the caves with a tour guide of some sort, for 5 hours as the photos and title of the trip suggests, however we realised quite quickly this was not the case. The coach there takes an hour and another hour to get back (fair enough, we do need to get there - nothing they can do about that), however then we got told that the boat ride itself is 5 minutes long and it’s no guarantee we will get on as there are other tourists there (close to 200 people, if not more) and we will have to queue for it, or we have the option to walk. All in all, the boat half day trip turned out to be a 2 hour coach ride, and a WALKING tour of the caves, with no tour guide (which, again, is fine, however the way the tour is presented is very misleading). The pear factory was again without a tour guide and was down to us if we want to go or not. So the tour guide was only with the group only in the coach. Then when we got back on the coach, the tour guide, Marianna, asked us all to give her our drop off locations as it is part of the free service they provide. She made her way through the bus asking people for their locations, she finally got to us and when we asked if it is possible to be dropped off in Palamanova (which other people were already going to), we were told no, and that we had to get off in Palma where we were picked up. No explanation why. Why announce this service to everyone on the bus, if everyone has to get off at the same location where they get on? As well as that, we would have loved to have been picked up by the coach, however no one contacted us for this service! So this added yet another hour to our journey back. All in all, the caves were amazing and something we will remember for ever, but we would not recommend these organisers.

I came here on my anniversary with my boyfriend and it was so great, not wheelchair friendly as there are lots of stairs so consider this if bringing small children or push chairs, the boat show at the end is short but so romantic, I’d say it’s quite expensive but worth it, I went off season so it wasn’t too busy but even if it was busy it would still be amazing as you still get all the same veiws. The port nearby is amazing as well, food shops around and also the food at the location is great, hotdogs and sandwiches and also a great picnic area, picnic benches provided
