Rashid was an amazing tour guide. He was the highlight of trip. Make sure to bring euros, you will need cash for multiple things including photos with the camels, water or soda at lunch and some shopping. I would also suggest bringing some snacks (or buy some food on the boat) as you will return to Sevilla around Midnight and not much is open, meaning lunch could be your only meal of the day. It was a very unique experience to be able to take a boat across the strait of Gibraltar and land in North Africa. We had a nice drive around Morocco in a very nice bus, made a quick stop to take photos with camels on the side of the rode, short of an experience but a nice instagram moment. We went to a lookout point to see the beautiful coast line and had a nice lunch. After lunch it felt more commercial than we would have liked. Rashid was very amusing walking us around the streets of the Medina and giving us a little bit of history, but we spent most of our time in two shops, one the sells handmade scarves/blankets/towels and one that sold Moroccan oil skincare. We then were given 45 mins to go shopping before we got back on the bus to go back to the boat. Overall it was a nice way to see a glimpse of Morocco from Spain, but it is a long day for only a few hours of sights.

Don't waste the day. The ride to the ferry is 2+ hours. The ferry wait is another. Getting off the ferry takes another hour. Your actual tour is less than 5 hrs. You drive past major sites and get a few minutes to see a site, take a picture and rush off. The camel ride is 30 seconds on the side of the road. The sites are so busy you can't get good pictures. Near the end you get 45 minutes in your own to shop or try some treats before going through the hour or more boarding process, ferry ride, passport check back in Tatifa and ride back to Sevilla. Lots of money and not what we hoped for so just lost a day in Sevilla.

We would definitely recommend this tour as a way to see Morocco if you only have one day! Our guide in Morocco, Rachid, was incredible! Very knowledgeable, entertaining, and kept us moving! The lunch provided was an experience in and of itself and the demonstrations arranged with vendors gave us confidence we were buying from reputable shops. This was a great way to see and experience Morocco in a day! It was a long day, especially the bus ride to and from Seville. Don't forget to bring something to do or plan to get some sleep on the bus rides!

Our day trip to Tangier from Seville was a long day, but totally worth it. Our driver to and from the ferry was friendly and polite and the transportation vehicle was exceptionally clean and comfortable. In Tangier, our guide Raheed was brilliant, multilingual, and exceptionally good at getting us around and managing our group. We saw a lot by bus and on foot. Lunch was surprisingly good for it being a tour group meal. We were fortunate to go during a quieter time of year--our group in Tangier was only about 15 people and we would have had a different experience had it been larger. Word to the wise: the ferry ride was VERY rough on the way over, and many passengers were sick, so bring some Dramamine.

The tour was amazing! It gave us a great snapshot of Moroccan culture, and our tour guide, Rachid was top-notch! He had a great love for the culture, the people, the history and the faith traditions of the country. It was a full day, packed with travel, fun, and great experiences! Our only suggestion would be not to spend time at the cave of Hercules, since there was such little history in this place, and it seemed like it was just a small little tourist spot. Time spent elsewhere would have been our preference, but overall an amazing day!

Our trip on July 27, 2023 started with a change in pick up from 06:30 am-to-08:30 am. We were the only tourists with a family of 2 boys (15 and 12 1/2 years old). Miguel was our guide for the excursion and was very pleasant, knowledgeable and funny who had a lot of experience being on multiple trips to Morocco. I would HIGHLY recommend him. On landing in Morocco, the group was split into 2 buses (Spanish-speaking of about 50 people) and English-speaking ( 11 people, primarily Canadians). Miguel had informed us that the local tour guide that he normally uses had a family emergency and was replaced with a new guide (he was really informative!!). A great day with a "small taste" of Moroccan culture, sights, lunch, and tour of the Souk market. However, it was the end of the trip that left a sense of security amongst our small group. The INITIAL local tour-guide that cancelled due to family death had come to the port to mention the ferry will be LATE possibly by 2 HOURS! During this time he offered to take the small group of 11 and show the beach/other sites and return back to the port in 2 hours....Than the story CHANGES that the FERRY MAY NOT be leaving and could be cancelled. This caused A LOT of confusion and PANIC since the group had not met him. Our guide, Miguel had re-assured everyone that he has full-trust and experience with the initial local tour-guide that arrived at the end of the trip. As a group, we felt unsure and had WANTED to stay at the port TERMINAL. The issue was that the local guide HAD in POSSESSION our RETURN tickets for the ferry. Two couples had to argue with the Moroccon-tour guide to demand their tickets and went on their own to the terminal. Eventually, a single Cdn tourist went to speak to an offical at the gate of the terminal and asked about the arrival/depature for our ferry. She had mentioned the ferry was LATE, BUT WAS NOT CANCELLED and will be departing back to Tarifa (Unlike the Moroccon-guide changing his story that the LAST FERRY WAS CANCELLED). In the end I would have 2 RECOMMENDATIONS for Naturanda: 1) Departure tickets for the ferry should be provided to the Spanish-tour guides at the start of the trip regardless if there may be a change in itinerary. 2) Guides working for Naturanda should be in communication with the Ferry companies for ACTUAL time arrivals/departures and NOT rely on the local Moroccon-guides for the information. My opinion suggests the local INITIAL Moroccon-guide who WE DID NOT SEE TILL THE VERY END was very erratic and was possibly trying to take advantage of the SMALL tour group of < 11 people to spend more tourism dollars or possibly have us stay the night?? As a group we felt very uncomfortable at this point. Meanwhile, the 2nd LARGE tour group (Spanish speaking) was ALL waiting at the terminal for the ferry. In the end, instead of arriving around 23:30 into Seville, we had arrived around 01:45 am. Unfortunately ruined the following morning of our trip in Seville with the kids extremely tired and exhauseted. It was not how I wanted the trip to end given the whole day was AMAZING for our family apart from the ending!!

The touring company made travel to and from Morocco easy from Seville. It is a long day and we covered a lot. The highlight was our Moroccan tour guide, Rachid, and the lunch - yummy!

The tour guides were great and the whole process was well explained and really easy. Overall, the tour was very fast paced, which was perfect for me and my group because we like to see things and keep moving. If you don't like to be rushed, then it may not be for you, We got to see so many highlights and Rasheed was a funny and interesting guide throughout tangier. Our ferry ran an hour late so we missed out on the sultans palace, but still got to see the cave and ride camels and got the best meal ever. I really loved this trip and although I wish I could have spent more time in Morocco, it was a great way to see some of it in one day.

Thankfully - we had the BEST group of people who joined in......let's face it: You are together for a VERY LONG DAY! One needs to understand that there is a TON of walking hills and steps and hills! A total blast...but please recognize that some of this trip is packed with visiting vendors (who are friends of your tour guide) and ENDLESS hackers who surround you asking you to buy crap. Smile and know that this is how they make a living.....not a great tour for anyone with a quick temper!
