Prince's Palace of Monaco
See the changing of the guard at Prince's Palace at 11:55am, and view the Carabinieri Barracks in front of the palace. Dating from the Middle Ages, Eze was built on top of a rocky outcrop. Walk along the cobbled streets, and reach the top of the village to find the castle ruins and the exotic garden. Enjoy the view from 1,400 feet (427 meters) high, and then head down to the Fragonard Perfume Factory (Perfumerie Fragonard).
