Small group consisted of 2.5 year old twins. As one would expect, there was a lot of crying. It was quite disappointing for our one day in Monaco.

#1 our tour guide Michael was great with his overall knowledge , timely manner, humor, and keeping up with us. #2. Fulfilling my husbands dream of walking into the Monte Carlo Casino was the highlight of this tour. A day trip for Eze, the perfumery and Monte Carlo is much better than 1/2 day ( if you have the time). We originally had a 1/2 day trip planned but in reading further realized it did not include a visit inside the Casino. Therefore, we upgraded to a full day trip!! We were so glad we did. It gave us the extra time needed to enjoy all 3 locations. Again, Michael was a great guide. I would highly recommend him.

Xavier was a great guide. Lots of very interesting details while driving. Boy, I would not want to drive here (very narrow & winding roads), but Xavier was a pro.

Unfortunately the van was too small for 8 people. Very uncomfortable. Guide gave minimal. About country and sites.

bried_c

All great as we would expect from your company and local tour operators not much extra to add, driver jamel information good, used good judgement in planning and parking conveniently.

Michael our guide was very knowledgeable of the area and shared a lot of facts with us. He was informative and entertaining. We always felt safe with home and the tour was good Claire for money.

The tour company and guide were very accommodating because our ship arrived later than expected. The guide waited patiently for us and gave us a full, in depth tour even though it was just two of us. Would highly recommend

We had to have this trip in the 1:30 pm, because our 9:00 am trip previously scheduled from home was concelled by Viator when we were already in a different country and had to reschedule the trip for 2pm . There was an issue if we will be able to get back on board before our cruise ship departure from the port Villefranche and Viator representative supposed to contact a local tour operator. We had a confirmation, that we can book the tour when we were boarding our cruise ship in Haifa on October 31st. It was pretty hectic and upsetting to respond to Viator with our approval to book this tour, because the ship is restricting to use the internet on board, until you purchase the internet services. So our first day of boarding the ship was completely wasted on trying to get to Viator and we were very disappointed by Viator. The local tour operator for this trip was very understanding of our time concern and moved the tour from 2pm to 1:30 pm. Therefore we were very pleased with this and also with this trip all together. Therefore we considered this trip very good. ng

Xavier was our tour guide/driver. He made us feel welcomed. Our tour was in a comfortable and very clean mini van. He explained where we were going and what we’d see & gave us historical facts as well. Xavier made accommodations for some mobility issues and it made the experience a good one for all his customers.

Interesting itinerary, however, the guide could not be heard by the 3 people sitting in the last row, a microphone would have been helpful. Also, he did not accompany his group on any walks and stopped only once for photos.
