The tour operator no showed leaving us to scramble unable to see Malaga. After being at the pick up location on time, it was me who had to reach out to the tour company to find out the operator was not going to make it. Although they were quick to issue an immediate refund, trust with the consumers have been broken who rely on them for service. We traveled around 6000 miles to Spain and depended on them for this tour.
