We were really looking forward to the Cruise Excusion tour of Vigo.
My partner is in a wheelchair and needed disabled support at the port.
We arrived at the assigned meeting point and saw the old black coach leaving without us. Shortly after that the clock at port side struck 12pm the time of departure.
Really disappointed £88 down the drain!
