Today we had to be in the stone monastery with this company, they left us stranded. Half an hour waiting at the starting point and with no one answering the phone, no one has shown up. They have not sent us the complaint form either. When they finally picked up the phone "they were on vacation" without telling us, having collected their €170. Zero recommended and we will have to fight against consumption. Zero solution or apologies. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER TREATMENT. They have ruined our day and on top of that we have had to justify that we had paid by sending them their own invoice. They didn't believe us when we were on the street waiting and not for nothing. Incredible, I cannot conceive that a company cares about its clients, that they do not notify us and that they make us justify as criminals an invoice collected since August 1. In 19 days, no one in the company sees the income or plans the excursions? They helped us today, after much insistence, reluctantly with phrases like "wait until I turn on the computer" after waiting in the street for more than half an hour. Other pearls of the conversation: "you can go on a normal bus another day." Thank goodness they are a tourist excursion company, we certainly will not return, nor will we recommend. The minimum is to accept today's big mistake and try to find a solution or compensate the client. Zero in everything. He is currently trying to threaten me on WhatsApp because I left the same review on Google.
