When a problem arose, we found out they don’t answer their phones. The guide was unsympathetic and unwilling to assist us in resolving the problem. Their only answer was we don’t give refunds. I will never use this company again. Buyer beware

Our tour from NY to WA with Enrique (driver) and Carlos (guide) was phenomenal! Carlos was extremely knowledgeable and kept checking on everyone but especially families with kids. We got to see and do everything that was on the itinerary and never felt rushed. Two things I would like to recommend because I firmly believe they will enhance the experience is, 1) have some sort of colored “flag” for the guide so that it’s easy to identify when one goes the wrong way and 2) gave ponchos on hand for unexpected rainy days so that everyone can enjoy the tour.
