We are frequent visitors to Chicago city. We've also been on many tours before - ghost, mafia, architectural etc. This was finally something new! We always wanted to learn the Chicago train system, but were confused about how it works. This was an excellent opportunity to hop on trains, take a ride, and learn about their history. Dave (who went by the name Tall Dave L. since there are many Daves in the company) was absolutely fantastic. He was super knowledgeable, had many stories to tell, showed us around, and answered all our questions - even about how to purchase the tickets :). He pointed out best views and we were able to take many pictures. At the end he treated us to a unique donut experience at Vodoo Doughnuts. Our 14 years old had tons of fun and so did we. Thank you! And 100% recommend.

This was a unique tour featuring Chicago's unique public transport system, the "L". Our guide Dave was very friendly and knowledgable and had lots of great stories to tell about Chicago's history both distant and recent, as well as its architecture and how the L shaped the city's development. Highly recommended if you're visiting Chicago.

Lacking. The description sounded really interesting. Our guide was very good. Yet the tour itself was pretty forgetful and overpriced and padded out. And after getting back home and reading what was supposed to be included on the tour we clearly didn't do everything listed.

This tour was so fun! Dave was very knowledgeable and has a great personality. He pointed out many details I was totally unaware of on certain buildings and I learned a ton of Chicago history that I also did not know before. And I am a Chicago architecture and history nut! It just shows you that a passionate tour guide really makes a tour sing! I highly recommend this to visitors and Chicagoans as well! Plus you get to have a really fun time riding the "L" loop!
