The airboat tour was so much fun! All the staff are great from start to finish our driver was Mike and he was so knowledgeable. Carl, our boat driver are sure we had a roller coaster! Great for all ages and skill levels.

The whole experience was unforgettable. Mike the tour guide was really knowledgeable and friendly. The airboat ride was great fun as we hoped for and the Alligator sanctuary was well worth a visit.

Our tour guide Kenny was wonderful, and we absolutely loved the actual airboat tour ride with our captain Tommy. However, the overall experience was not worth it. If given the choice again, I would have found my own transport to an airboat tour for 1/3 or 1/2 the price and just done that. 75% of the tour is spent riding on a bus. The bus was overfilled with too many people for comfort, and on a hot day, the bus AC could not keep up. We were the second group to arrive; however, we were the second to last to be let onto the bus, and the seat choices were extremely uncomfortable for such a long trip. The animal sanctuary was actually depressing, and I regretted every minute of it. It took five minutes to walk through and see "everything" (gators, otters, and a lion), and despite applying bug spray head-to-toe, the mosquitos were the worst I've ever seen in my life (I with 30+ bug bites). The alligator "show" was an actual joke. It was like Joe Dirt in real life, and it lasted a total of two minutes. I at least expected to see someone feed or care for any of the animals at any point. The airboat tour was a lot of fun, but we had to wait a while for our tour group's turn because it was through a separate business. The actual ride was only 30-40 minutes long maybe an hour if I'm being generous. Afterward, our tour guide took us to a lunch spot, which was delicious and worth the stop. I really appreciated it and was in favor of it; however, this added additional time and expense to an already long trip. Then we took a two-minute drive through the town, but at that point, I was so uncomfortable from the heat of the crammed bus and the bug bites that I just wanted to go home but we had about an hours drive to go back to the tour office.

This is the second time using Viator. No issues with anything. All tours busses and airboat experience was excellent. Your staff was knowledgeable and polite. We ate after our experience and the food was excellent.

It was a reasonable price. Very professional and friendly. We saw many alligators and a lot of wildlife. The lake is beautiful. Would certainly recommend it to others.

Wonderful experience with a very knowledgeable guide. Had the extra pleasure of stopping at the worlds smallest post office on the way to the airboat ride. After the ride, we visited the sanctuary that had a lot of crocodiles along with a small show and tell. We were even allowed to hold a crocodile (there were 3 baby sizes, ours was the largest choice, as seen in the picture). We also stopped on the way back to enjoy some local cuisine at the City Seafood restaurant.

It was all alot of fun. The tour guide was great, giving us so much info, the airboat was fun, but seeing the alligators was exciting and terrifying at the same time.
