The place is immaculate and beautiful. It is a small hammam but worth the time spent. The staff is so kind and so professional including the masseuse with exceptional touching quality. If you are tired or exhausted, I highly recommend the place for regaining your energy. I did the hammam in Istanbul and this one was a much better experience. Take note that sometimes people in tourism confuse the caliphate baths ( which is a museum) with the Hammam Al Andalus. They might send you to the wrong place like the hotel did with me.

As well as the hammam we also had 30 minutes massage. It was amazing and made me feel so relaxed throughout the rest of the day. All staff were really kind and were very attentive to our needs. Gave us a great experience!! Highly recommended.

A very relaxing evening spent in the Arab baths. I felt like I was treated like royalty! The staff were very attentive. The massage was lovely, as was the tea and all 3 baths. The steam room was nice too. I really enjoyed the showers and the dressing room area. Using the Ghd hairdryer and straighteners was such a bonus! Everything was delightful. Thank you!

The mixed reviews and the high price made me unsure about doing this, but it turned out to be the highlight of my holiday. Sipping a mint tea before going into the changing rooms set the scene. The staff were so friendly (I was glad I spoke some Spanish though) and explained everything and the order to experience the different baths. It was sooo relaxing. Everyone was quiet, Moorish music played in the background and the lighting was dim. It felt like I had gone back in time. I didn't feel rushed and there weren't many other people in there at the same time, I often had whichever bath I was in all to myself as we all rotated around. When it was time for my massage, they came and whispered quietly to follow them. Some people were having treatments behind muslin curtains next to the main, warm pool, but I was taken upstairs to a private room. They asked how I wanted the massage and it was wonderfully strong, just how I like it. I got the last space on the website for the €43 15 minute massage booking 2 days in advance, so do book ahead. Thoroughly recommend the experience!

This is probably my fault but I did not realize you had to bring a bathing suit and if you don’t speak Spanish know that you just roam between baths until they come and get you for the message. No one tells you this if you don’t speak Spanish and then after taking so long you begin to wonder d they are ever coming for the message. Of probably all my fault but would had been much more relaxing if told this before hand

Our experience was as expected. We arrived around 7:30 and had a massage scheduled for 8pm. Upon arrival we were sent to a small waiting room and after about 10 minutes someone came in and performed a small hand washing ritual. Shortly thereafter we were ushered to changing rooms. The baths consist of warm/hot/cold baths as well as a steam room. We had about 45 minutes to enjoy the baths before they collected us for our massage. The massage was wonderful. The masseuse asked about pressure and was discreet. After the massage, we were ushered back to the changing rooms. Staff is friendly and the premises are clean. It was a great experience.

Superb experience in an extraordinary setting. Wonderful details with candlelight, soft Arabic music, cold, warm and hot pools, steam room, great massage treatment. Very romantic setting, not crowded- never felt rushed. This is akin to a Michelin star experience, we paid more this summer for a similar touted experience in Bath, England which was literally comparable to fast food. Will definitely repeat on our next visit.
