Cannot recommend the wine experience more. My girlfriend and I booked a full-day tour of several wineries throughout the Douro Valley, and our tour guide / sommelier, Pedro, made it an unforgettable experience. As a relatively less knowledgeable couple when it came to the history of Douro region / wine making more broadly, Pedro was especially helpful, informative, and fun. This is an absolute must when visiting the Douro Valley!

My husband and I booked an all day wine tour with Douro Feeling through our hotel and we are so glad we did! Prior to our trip, the company worked with us to create the perfect day based upon what we like and were so quick to respond to any questions. Ricardo was our sommelier and driver for the day and he really made it an unforgettable experience! Couldn’t have dreamed of a better tour/day/ experience! Pedro was not only knowledgeable and planned the perfect day for us, but was fun & super helpful —he went out of his way to help us find a solution to an overlooked issue on our end. We’re staying at the Six Senses with friends in the Douro Valley and spent a fabulous day with Tiago. From start to finish, he was professional, engaged and informative. We visited two wineries, had a nice lunch at DOC on the terrace, and took a private boat ride. The day flew by and we were sad when it came to an end. We were transported in a Mercedes Van with snacks and water. Tiago not only has insider knowledge of the Douro Valley but he also is knowledgeable about wine. Of course, our group bought some wine at the quintas we visited! Just an amazing experience.

Excellent Tour! We were picked up by Pedro who was an excellent guide. The tour was worth every penny. The two winerys we visited were Quinta Nova and Quinta da Foz, the restaurant Toca da Raposa (wonderful food and service!), and ended the tour with a beautiful cruise on the Douro River. This was the highlight of our time in Douro Valley. Highly recommend!

My Husband Jeremy and I came to Portugal for our honeymoon and this was one of the first excursions we booked! We were recommended this wine tour by a very good friend and everything he told us was true! From the exceptional service and professionalism we encountered before even arriving to the country to being picked up in Porto by our wonderful "new friend" Ricardo. Ricardo made the whole day one we will never forget. He was so knowledgeable about wine, the Douro Valley and the Portuguese culture. We did a vineyard tour with Tiago and had such a wonderful day. It included tours to three vineyards - all with their own unique perspective around how they made wine and port. It ended with the most stunning boat ride and view from a mountain with a sparkling wine toast, a perfect way to celebrate our five year anniversary. Tiago was so knowledgeable not just about wine, but about the valley and history of Portugal. We had a wonderful day, and can’t wait to come back with more friends and family to recreate the experience.

We enjoyed an extraordinary day with Ricardo . . . one of the most memorable days of our lives. Ricardo feels like a friend with great local and wine knowledge. We live in Porto and wanted to learn more about wines than port, and Helio set up a perfect day for us . . . 2 tours with tastings, both rich experiences very different from each other. Then a lunch with wine pairings overlooking a wonderful river valley view. We took a rabelo boat ride which let us catch our breath taking in the scenery. We enjoyed the "sommelier surprise" Douro Feeling provides as well as Ricardo teaching us to open champagne with a saber in the prettiest corner of a gorgeous area. I want to thank Ricardo for his kindness and Douro Feeling for their fantastic research putting together an unforgettable, magical day. Obrigada.
