We enjoyed a visit to a hidden gem—a quaint taverna tucked away in a picturesque corner. It provided a perfect place to relax and savor local flavors. This was a food tour. I booked a private tour because we are vegetarians and hence felt a group tour might not be suitable. It was a nice evening out with Isabel and we tried a couple of vegan restaurants. I wouldn’t say the tour delivered value for the amount charged.

Had a lovely tour with Gonzalo. It was a cold morning but surely he made it a fun walk. Gonzalo contacted us prior to the tour have brief understanding on our expectation. He was flexible and adjusted to our pace and preference. He surely delivered and from the heart. Plus point, he took very nice pictures! Recommended!

Marina asked to increase the tour by an hour and quoted me the price. She told me the agency wouldn’t authorize sending me a bill so I could pay her cash for the extra. I did that and was charged for the remainder of the tour as agreed. The tour was ok. Her English was poor and she had no map or pictures. Now I’m being sent a bill for a four person tour in a different country/city. I cannot express how disappointed I am. I was stupid to buckle to the pressure from her. This has been my first disappointing viator experience.

Our guide was very professional and nice however, we basically got escorted around Madrid and merely had things pointed out to us. We didn't really learn anything and we could've done the same thing by ourselves with a map. No context, minimal history. No little surprise findings. Very different experience from our other walking tours we have done with Viator. Disappointing.

Marina was a lovely tour guide. We learned a lot about the city, and the landmarks. We only had one day to tour Madrid, and felt like we saw many highlights on our tour. A much better experience than trying to navigate the city alone, and attempt to understand the significance of the buildings and history in such a short time. Would highly recommend!
