    My review of the Formula Tours experience in Mallorca was mixed. The tour itself was beautiful, with lovely scenery and amazing weather. However, the customer service left much to be desired. We had to wait in line for 30 minutes to sign a waiver and provide our card details for insurance, which was not clearly stated in the terms and conditions. Additionally, we were given a black go-kart instead of the red ones shown in the pictures, and we didn’t receive any assistance compared to other customers on how to use the go karts this was definitely due to our race. When I questioned this discrepancy, the staff member was rude and dismissive, insisting that all the go-karts drive the same. Despite these initial frustrations, we tried to focus on enjoying the scenery during the drive. However, there were some challenges during the tour. It was important not to be the last go-kart in the row, as it was easy to get lost without a guide behind. Bringing a phone with internet access was helpful, but at times, the guide had to stop the group to allow others to catch up. Unfortunately, the go-kart we were given had issues. The brakes were sluggish, and the gear stick was difficult to use, leading to some close calls and a feeling of insecurity while driving. Suggestions for improvement to the company would be to regularly service the go-karts, ensure fair treatment for all customers regardless of race, provide clearer information on the website, and have guides at both the front and back of the group to enhance safety and guidance for tourists.
