We meet and park in the Kilauea Lodge and Restaurant Overflow Parking Lot between the two Pillars next to the "SLOW DOWN" sign. Please park up front by our white truck and trailer. The back parking is for Kilauea Lodge Employees only.

Great time, such a beautiful ride! Kaylon was a wonderful guide with lots of tidbits and a wrath of knowledge and friendly! We really enjoyed ourselves. A couple feedbacks 😊 The lava tube is rather dark. Perhaps a small flashlight so none falls? A reminder email about the release form would be helpful! Thank you for a great ride!!

Volcano National Park is a hiking location. There are many hikes through the woods and into the volcano areas. There are no bike trails. If you ride e-bikes on the Fat Tire E-Bike Tour to the park you do not have the opportunity to do any of the hikes. You will be biking on the road in the same lane as the cars. Entry to the park is only $30 per car load of persons and well worth exploring on your own. The bikes are heavy and one size fits all despite representations as to size accommodation. Don’t waste your money on this misleading tour.

This trip was amazing, even in the rain. Taylor was a great guide. Informative and fun. Also gave great restaurant recommendations. Shaka Tacos was fantastic. Highly recommend.

Excellent 3 hour bike tour around Berlin with our guide Ceri. The whole family enjoyed it. My 7 year old was on a tandem bike with her dad, which the company were very accommodating about as we hadn't booked it. We left our travel bags in their office. The visit was very informative and fun. We definitely recommend.

Kaylon was our guide and he did an awesome job. This is a guy that could win any trivia contest on the volcano national park. This is our third time to visit volcano and our first time to do a bike tour. Kaylon kept a good pace with plenty of rest stops and a ton of knowledge. Will definitely be back.

My first time on the Big Island, what a wonderful way to experience the volcano park. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the area, the whole tour went smoothly and the E bikes were very easy to ride. The tour was the right length of time and we didn’t feel rushed. Thank you so much for a fantastic experience.

What a great tour. We visited the art museum, the top of the volcano, steam vents and lava caves. We loved the E- bikes and our guide Tylor was great.

My sister and I ended up being the only people participating in our 9am tour on a rainy morning, so it felt like we got our own private tour of Volcanoes National Park. Tylor was our very personable and knowledgable guide, and we can't recommend him enough. We had the opportunity to see certain parts of the park in a way we wouldn't have otherwise been able to by car. I would recommend bringing clothing for rain, because it's very likely there could be at least some. We thought the tour was excellent. Our only suggestion would be to provide some bikes that are a bit smaller in frame, because as a shorter person, I did find it a bit challenging to mount and unmount the bike with how tall and heavy they are (even with the seat at its lowest point). Still would highly recommend for a fun way to explore the park! Thank you!

My daughter and I took the e-bike tour. We both loved it. Tylor was our guide, it was like hanging out with a friend. He was so friendly and very knowledgeable about the foliage, history of the area and the volcano. We both agreed it was one of the top experiences of our visit to the Big Island. I highly recommend this adventure.

Kaylon , our guide , was very informative and friendly. He had a lot of local and volcanic / geological information that enhanced our adventure. The bikes were a really fun and slick way to get around the park and made the tour even more fun for our son.
